मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को हर की पैड़ी, हरिद्वार में आयोजित गंगा दीप महोत्सव कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग करते हुए मां गंगा की पूजा अर्चना एंव गंगा आरती में सम्मलित होकर प्रदेश की सुख समृद्धि एवं तरक्की की कामना की। इस दौरान हर की पैड़ी स्थित पुलिस चौकी का लोकार्पण भी मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा किया गया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने हर की पैड़ी में राज्य की परंपरा आध्यात्मिकता और नैसर्गिकता, सनातन संस्कृति, श्री बद्रीनाथ धाम, श्री केदारनाथ धाम , कुंभ कलश, भगवान शिव, मां गंगा पर आयोजित हुए ड्रोन शो का भी अवलोकन किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने अल्मोड़ा बस हादसे में हताहत हुए लोगों की याद एंव राज्य स्थापना दिवस की वर्षगांठ में दीप प्रज्वलित किया। मुख्यमंत्री की उपस्थिति में हरिद्वार के 50 घाटों में लाखों की संख्या में दीप प्रज्वलित किए गए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आज का दिवस मां गंगा को प्रणाम कर संकल्प लेने का दिवस है। राज्य रजत जयंती वर्ष मना रहा है । प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 21वी सदी का तीसरा दशक उत्तराखंड का दशक बताया था। उस दशक को बनाने के लिए हर उत्तराखंडी आगे बढ़कर इसमें अपना योगदान देगा। राज्य सरकार राज्य को आगे बढ़ाने लिए हर पल राज्य के विकास को समर्पित कर रही है।

भजन संध्या में प्रतिभाग करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हरिद्वार क्षेत्र में यह नई शुरुआत हो रही है। उन्होंने राज्य आंदोलनकारियों को नमन करते हुए कहा कि राज्य स्थापना एवं रजत जयंती के अवसर पर मां गंगा के घाटों में 3 लाख 51 हजार दीप प्रज्वलित किए गए। उन्होंने कहा हर दीप अंधकार को दूर कर तरक्की का उजाला जगाएगा। बीते 24 सालों में जनता के अटूट प्रेम और आशीर्वाद से राज्य आगे बढ़ा है। उत्तराखंड राज्य स्वास्थ्य पर्यटन शिक्षा एवं हर क्षेत्र में निरंतर आगे बढ़ रहा है। आज उत्तराखंड ने कई क्षेत्रों में देश के सर्वोच्च राज्यों में स्थान बनाया है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने उत्तराखंड सरकार द्वारा राज्य के विकास हेतु लिए गए ऐतिहासिक फैसलों को देश के लिए आदर्श उदाहरण बताया है। उन्होंने कहा मां गंगा के तट से मैं प्रधानमंत्री जी को उनके सपनों के अनुरूप विकास को आगे बढ़ाने का विश्वास दिलाता हूं। उन्होंने कहा नीति आयोग द्वारा जारी सतत विकास लक्ष्यों की सूची में उत्तराखंड प्रथम आया है। युवाओं को रोज़गार देने में भी राज्य आगे बढ़ा है।उन्होंने कहा राज्य सरकार ने यूसीसी विधेयक पारित करके नया इतिहास बनाया है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने भर्तियों में घोटालों को रोकने के लिए देश का सबसे सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून लागू किया एवं बीते 3 वर्षों में रिकॉर्ड 18,500 से अधिक युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरियां प्राप्त हुई हैं। धर्मांतरण कानून लागू होने से देवभूमि की पवित्रता और संस्कृत संरक्षित रहेगी। प्रदेश में दंगा रोधी कानून भी लागू किया गया है, जिसके तहत दंगा करने वाले से ही पाई पाई की वसूली की जाएगी।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार हरिद्वार क्षेत्र का भी निरंतर विकास कर रही है। ऋषिकेश हरिद्वार कॉरिडोर के कार्य को आगे बढ़ाया जा रहा है। विभिन्न पर्वों पर श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या बढ़ती जा रही है। इस वर्ष 4 करोड़ से अधिक कांवड़िए हरिद्वार आए। राज्य सरकार बढ़ती संख्या को ध्यान में रखते हुए आने वाले 40 से 50 सालों के रोड़मैप पर कार्य कर रही है। ताकि स्थाई समाधान के साथ हरिद्वार का समग्र विकास किया जा सके।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मां गंगा हमारे जीवन का आधार है। सनातन संस्कृति का प्रमुख अंग है। हमें गंगा की स्वच्छता पर विशेष ध्यान देना है। स्वच्छता के प्रयासों में सरकार के साथ आमजन की भी सहभागिता जरूरी है। उन्होंने कहा हरिद्वार के लोग मां गंगा की स्वच्छता में अपना भरपूर समर्थन दे रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा हरिद्वार का धार्मिक स्वरूप बनाए रखना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। उन्होंने कहा आसपास जहां भी अतिक्रमण हो रहा है। उसे हटाने की जिम्मेदारी हरिद्वार विकास प्राधिकरण की है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस पवित्र भूमि में किसी तरह का भी अतिक्रमण नहीं होना चाहिए।
