मुख्यमंत्री ने पिथौरागढ़ में किया 85.14 करोड़ की योजनाओं का लोकार्पण व शिलान्यास

मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने बुधवार को “अंतरराष्ट्रीय सहकारिता वर्ष 2025” के उपलक्ष्य में पिथौरागढ़ में आयोजित सहकारिता मेले का शुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने जनपद की 85.14 करोड़ रुपये की विभिन्न योजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास किया, जिसमें 23.16 करोड़ रुपये की लागत के शिलान्यास एवं 61.98 करोड़ रुपये के लोकार्पण कार्य शामिल हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने जनता को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि जिन योजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास किया गया है, वे पिथौरागढ़ के सर्वांगीण विकास में मील का पत्थर साबित होंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि सहकारिता की परंपरा भारत में प्राचीन काल से चली आ रही है। यह एक-दूसरे को परस्पर सहयोग द्वारा स्वावलंबी बनाने का प्रयास है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ ने वर्ष 2025 को “अंतरराष्ट्रीय सहकारिता वर्ष” घोषित किया है, ताकि वैश्विक सहयोग को बढ़ावा देकर सतत विकास के लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त किया जा सके।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि देश में “सहकार से समृद्धि” के स्वप्न को साकार करने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने देश में एक अलग सहकारिता मंत्रालय के गठन का निर्णय लिया। आज श्री अमित शाह के नेतृत्व में यह मंत्रालय देश में सहकारिता आंदोलन को और अधिक सशक्त बनाने के लिए एक अलग प्रशासनिक, कानूनी और नीतिगत ढांचा तैयार कर रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि देश में बहुउद्देश्यीय सहकारी समितियों के कंप्यूटरीकरण का कार्य उत्तराखंड से प्रारंभ हुआ था और आज प्रदेश की सभी 671 सहकारी समितियों का कंप्यूटरीकरण पूर्ण हो चुका है। राज्य की 24 समितियाँ जन औषधि केंद्र के रूप में कार्य कर रही हैं, जिनसे ग्रामीण जनता को सस्ती एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण दवाइयाँ मिल रही हैं। 640 समितियों को कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर के रूप में विकसित किया गया है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि राज्य की 3838 समितियों का डेटा राष्ट्रीय सहकारी डेटाबेस पर अपलोड हो चुका है। राज्य में फरवरी 2023 से अब तक 800 नई पैक्स, 248 नई डेयरी समितियां एवं 116 मत्स्य समितियां गठित की गई हैं। उत्तराखंड सहकारी संघ द्वारा मिलेट मिशन योजना के अंतर्गत किसानों को अधिक लाभ पहुँचाने के लिए इस वर्ष मण्डुवा की खरीद 48.86 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम की दर से की जा रही है। दीनदयाल उपाध्याय सहकारिता किसान कल्याण योजना के तहत किसानों और स्वयं सहायता समूहों को पशुपालन, दुग्ध व्यवसाय, मछली पालन और फूलों की खेती जैसे कृषि कार्यों हेतु 5 लाख रुपये तक का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण दिया जा रहा है। सहकारी समितियों के माध्यम से लघु एवं सीमांत किसानों को 1 लाख रुपये का ब्याज मुक्त फसली ऋण भी उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आज प्रदेश के सहकारी बैंकों में 16 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की जमापूंजी है, जो इन संस्थाओं के प्रति जनता के बढ़ते भरोसे का प्रमाण है। सहकारी समितियों के माध्यम से महिला उद्यमिता को भी प्रोत्साहन मिल रहा है। प्रदेश की 1 लाख 70 हजार से अधिक बहनों ने “लखपति दीदी” बनकर महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में नया इतिहास रचा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पिथौरागढ़ में 750 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की लागत से मेडिकल कॉलेज के भवन का निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा है। 34 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से स्पोर्ट्स कॉलेज में आधुनिक मल्टीपर्पज हॉल का निर्माण कराया जा रहा है। विकासखंड बेरीनाग में एक भव्य स्टेडियम का निर्माण कार्य भी प्रारंभ होने वाला है। अस्कोट, गंगोलीहाट और धारचूला में नए बस स्टेशनों के निर्माण के साथ ही पिथौरागढ़ में रोडवेज वर्कशॉप का निर्माण भी कराया जा रहा है। क्षेत्र में प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना के अंतर्गत 327 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से विभिन्न सड़कों का निर्माण कार्य गतिमान है। पिथौरागढ़ को हल्द्वानी, देहरादून और दिल्ली से हवाई सेवा द्वारा जोड़ने का कार्य किया गया है। पिथौरागढ़ हवाई अड्डे को 450 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से आधुनिक स्वरूप में विकसित करने का कार्य शीघ्र प्रारंभ किया जाएगा।
