मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने अमोड़ी में ₹1.60 करोड़ की लागत से “वे साइड एमिनिटी” का किया शिलान्यास/भूमि पूजन

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र चम्पावत के अमोड़ी में लगभग ₹1.60 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाली “वे साइड एमिनिटी (Way Side Amenities)” परियोजना का शिलान्यास एवं भूमिपूजन किया। यह परियोजना मुख्यमंत्री की घोषणा के अंतर्गत ग्राम उत्थान परियोजना (REAP) तथा उत्तराखण्ड कृषि उत्पादन एवं विपणन बोर्ड, रुद्रपुर के सहयोग से स्थापित की जा रही है।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह परियोजना ‘आदर्श चम्पावत’ की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है, जो न केवल क्षेत्र के पर्यटन ढांचे को सुदृढ़ करेगी, बल्कि स्थानीय युवाओं और महिलाओं के लिए रोजगार के नए अवसर भी सृजित करेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि इस प्रकार की परियोजनाएँ ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को गति देने और स्थानीय उत्पादों को बाजार से जोड़ने में अहम भूमिका निभाएँगी।

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि इस वे साइड एमिनिटी कॉम्प्लेक्स में आने वाले यात्रियों और पर्यटकों के लिए आरामदायक विश्राम स्थल, स्वच्छ एवं आधुनिक शौचालय, जलपान एवं कैफेटेरिया की सुविधा, साथ ही स्थानीय हस्तशिल्प, कृषि एवं वन उत्पादों के बिक्री केंद्र जैसी सुविधाएं विकसित की जाएंगी। इसके साथ ही वाहन पार्किंग, हरित क्षेत्र (ग्रीन जोन), और सूचना केंद्र भी प्रस्तावित हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार का लक्ष्य चम्पावत को विकास के मॉडल जनपद के रूप में स्थापित करना है, जहाँ पर्यटन, कृषि, बुनियादी ढांचा और स्थानीय उद्यमिता मिलकर प्रदेश के लिए एक आदर्श उदाहरण प्रस्तुत करें। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के “वोकल फॉर लोकल” और “आत्मनिर्भर भारत” के संकल्प को आगे बढ़ाते हुए प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में स्थानीय संसाधनों के अधिकतम उपयोग पर बल दे रही है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड सरकार ने ग्रामीण पर्यटन, होमस्टे, जैविक उत्पाद, और पारंपरिक हस्तकला को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए अनेक योजनाएँ लागू की हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसी परियोजनाएँ न केवल पर्यटन विकास को नई दिशा देंगी, बल्कि युवा पीढ़ी के लिए स्वरोजगार और आत्मनिर्भरता का मार्ग भी प्रशस्त करेंगी।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने उपस्थित ग्रामीणों से संवाद करते हुए कहा कि राज्य सरकार जनता के सहयोग से चम्पावत को सर्वांगीण विकास का केंद्र बनाने के लिए संकल्पित है। उन्होंने कहा कि “जनभागीदारी से ही विकास की परिकल्पना साकार हो सकती है।”

इस अवसर पर दायित्वधारी श्याम नारायण पांडे, अनिल डब्बू, शंकर कोरंगा, भाजपा जिला अध्यक्ष गोविंद सामंत, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष आनंद अधिकारी, भाजपा प्रदेश मंत्री निर्मल मेहरा, जिलाधिकारी मनीष कुमार, पुलिस अधीक्षक अजय गणपति सहित जनप्रतिनिधि, अधिकारीगण एवं स्थानीय ग्रामीण बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थित रहे।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन स्थानीय प्रशासन द्वारा किया गया तथा अंत में मुख्यमंत्री ने परियोजना से जुड़े विभागों को समयबद्ध रूप से निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ करने के निर्देश दिए।
