देहरादून। 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेलों के सफल आयोजन के बाद उत्तराखंड सरकार अब प्रदेश में जमीनी स्तर पर खेल सुविधाओं के विस्तार की दिशा में बड़ा कदम उठाने जा रही है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को विधानसभा के बजट सत्र के तीसरे दिन सदन को जानकारी दी कि प्रदेश के प्रत्येक ब्लॉक में मिनी स्टेडियम बनाए जाएंगे। इसके लिए वित्तीय वर्ष 2026-27 के बजट में प्रावधान किया गया है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वर्ष 2025 में आयोजित 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेल की सफल मेजबानी के साथ उत्तराखंड ने 103 पदक जीतकर अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन किया। इस उपलब्धि ने प्रदेश को खेलभूमि के रूप में नई पहचान दिलाई है।

राष्ट्रीय खेलों के आयोजन के लिए प्रदेश में अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर का खेल आधारभूत ढांचा विकसित किया गया था। सरकार अब लेगेसी पॉलिसी के तहत इन खेल परिसरों का उपयोग खेल अकादमियों के रूप में करने की तैयारी कर रही है, ताकि प्रदेश की खेल प्रतिभाओं को बेहतर प्रशिक्षण और सुविधाएं मिल सकें। इस संबंध में शासन स्तर पर आवश्यक कार्यवाही जारी है।

प्रश्नकाल के दौरान खेल मंत्री रेखा आर्या पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में खेल मैदान और मिनी स्टेडियम से जुड़े प्रश्नों का उत्तर दे रही थीं। इसी दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने सदन को बताया कि हर ब्लॉक में मिनी स्टेडियम निर्माण का प्रावधान बजट में किया गया है।

खेल मंत्री रेखा आर्या के अनुसार पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में मिनी स्टेडियम के निर्माण के लिए लगभग 1.18 एकड़ भूमि की आवश्यकता होती है और इसके निर्माण के लिए करीब 1 करोड़ 70 लाख रुपये की धनराशि का प्रावधान किया गया है। सरकार के इस निर्णय से प्रदेश के दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में भी खेल प्रतिभाओं को बेहतर सुविधाएं मिलने की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है।
