देहरादून, 09 मार्च। जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को कलेक्ट्रेट स्थित ऋषिपर्णा सभागार में आयोजित जनता दर्शन कार्यक्रम में फरियादियों की समस्याएं सुनी गईं। कार्यक्रम में जनपद के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आए लोगों की कुल 170 शिकायतें दर्ज हुईं, जिनमें कई मामलों का मौके पर ही समाधान कराया गया।
जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि जनता दर्शन में आने वाले बुजुर्गों, महिलाओं, असहाय और जरूरतमंद लोगों की शिकायतों का संवेदनशीलता और समयबद्धता के साथ निस्तारण सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि हर प्रकरण में की गई कार्रवाई की जानकारी शिकायतकर्ता को भी उपलब्ध कराई जाए।
जनता दर्शन में बंजारावाला निवासी कल्पना ने बताया कि उनकी पुत्री विदुषी, जो फाईलफोर्ट पब्लिक स्कूल में कक्षा छह की छात्रा है, आर्थिक तंगी के कारण स्कूल की फीस जमा नहीं कर पाई, जिसके चलते विद्यालय प्रबंधन उसे परीक्षा में बैठने से रोक रहा है। इस पर जिलाधिकारी ने मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी को विद्यालय प्रबंधन से समन्वय कर छात्रा को परीक्षा में शामिल कराने और जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी को प्रोजेक्ट नंदा-सुनंदा योजना के तहत उसकी फीस जमा कराने के निर्देश दिए।
जवाहर कॉलोनी बल्लूपुर निवासी शमशाद ने वर्ष 2023 की दुर्घटना में पैर क्षतिग्रस्त होने के कारण आर्थिक सहायता की मांग की। जिलाधिकारी ने समाज कल्याण अधिकारी को वृद्धावस्था पेंशन स्वीकृत करने और रायफल फंड से आर्थिक सहायता देने के निर्देश दिए।
तहसील चकराता के ग्राम कांडोई निवासी अनिल कुमार ने वर्ष 2017 में पीएमजीएसवाई के तहत बने लाखामंडल-नाडा मोटर मार्ग निर्माण से खेत और नहर को हुए नुकसान की शिकायत की। उन्होंने नहर निर्माण के लिए बकाया 5.04 लाख रुपये के भुगतान की मांग की। इस पर जिलाधिकारी ने पीएमजीएसवाई अधिकारियों को मामले का समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए, जिस पर अधिकारियों ने 12 मार्च तक निस्तारण का लिखित आश्वासन दिया।
खुड़बुड़ा निवासी सरिता गोयल ने आर्थिक तंगी और दिव्यांग पुत्र के उपचार में आ रही परेशानी से अवगत कराया। जिलाधिकारी ने रायफल फंड से आर्थिक सहायता देने और जिला प्रोबेशन अधिकारी को स्पॉन्सरशिप योजना के तहत उनके पुत्र को 4 हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह सहायता स्वीकृत करने के निर्देश दिए।
गढ़ीकैंट डाकरा निवासी 67 वर्षीय हृदय रोगी बुजुर्ग ने अपने पुत्र द्वारा नशे की हालत में घर में उत्पात मचाने की शिकायत की। इस पर जिलाधिकारी ने संबंधित मामले में गुंडा एक्ट के तहत वाद दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए।
धर्मपुर निवासी एक बुजुर्ग दंपति ने पुत्रवधू द्वारा प्रताड़ित किए जाने की शिकायत दर्ज कराई, जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने भरण-पोषण अधिनियम के तहत वाद दर्ज कर जल्द कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।
इसी तरह राजीव नगर निवासी विधवा अरूणा ने बताया कि पति की मृत्यु के बाद मजदूरी कर परिवार का भरण-पोषण कर रही हैं और 34,395 रुपये का पेयजल बिल भरने में असमर्थ हैं। जिलाधिकारी ने जल संस्थान को बिल का निस्तारण करने और भुगतान रायफल फंड से कराने के निर्देश दिए।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि प्रशासन का उद्देश्य जरूरतमंद लोगों तक समय पर सहायता पहुंचाना और उनकी समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान करना है।
कार्यक्रम में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह, नगर मजिस्ट्रेट प्रत्युष सिंह, विशेष भूमि अध्याप्ति अधिकारी स्मृता परमार, उप जिलाधिकारी मुख्यालय अपूर्वा सिंह, उप जिलाधिकारी न्याय कुमकुम जोशी सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
