देहरादून :राष्ट्रीय पर्व गणतंत्र दिवस को गरिमामय, सुव्यवस्थित एवं भव्य रूप से मनाने हेतु राजधानी देहरादून में सभी आवश्यक तैयारियां पूर्ण कर ली गई हैं। रविवार को जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल एवं वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक अजय सिंह ने कार्यक्रम स्थल का संयुक्त रूप से निरीक्षण कर व्यवस्थाओं का गहन जायजा लिया तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।
जिलाधिकारी ने मुख्य मंच सहित प्रत्येक ब्लॉक में माननीय अतिथियों, माननीय विधायकों, दायित्वधारियों एवं गणमान्य नागरिकों के सुगम आगमन तथा बैठने की उचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों, राज्य आंदोलनकारियों एवं उनके परिजनों के लिए विशेष एवं सम्मानजनक बैठने की व्यवस्था करने पर भी बल दिया। इस दौरान उन्होंने कार्यक्रम स्थल पर वाहनों की पार्किंग एवं सुरक्षा व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा भी लिया।
जिलाधिकारी ने कार्यक्रम के सफल संचालन हेतु एलईडी स्क्रीन के माध्यम से लाइव प्रसारण, सुदृढ़ साउंड सिस्टम, एंकर व्यवस्था तथा निर्बाध विद्युत आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए जनरेटर बैकअप की व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश दिए।
जिलाधिकारी ने प्रवेश द्वार एवं मुख्य मंच की साज-सज्जा को आकर्षक एवं गरिमामय बनाए रखने तथा मिनट-टू-मिनट कार्यक्रम के अनुसार सभी तैयारियाँ सुनिश्चित करते हुए नोडल अधिकारियों को अपने ड्यूटी प्वांइट पर तैनात रहने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने विकासपरक विभागीय झांकियों के सुचारू मूवमेंट हेतु भी उचित व्यवस्था, प्रत्येक ब्लॉक में पर्याप्त सीटिंग, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता सुविधाएँ सुनिश्चित करने के भी निर्देश दिए।
निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह, अपर जिलाधिकारी के.के. मिश्रा, सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट प्रत्यूष सिंह, एसडीएम अपूर्वा सिंह, एसडीएम कुमकुम जोशी, एसडीएम विनोद कुमार सहित विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं से जुड़े नोडल अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
कार्यक्रम स्थल परेड ग्राउंड में प्रवेश की खास व्यवस्थाएं की गई है। गेट संख्या-1 से मुख्य मंच, गंगा एवं अलकनंदा ब्लॉक के पास धारकों का प्रवेश होगा। गेट संख्या-2 से भागीरथी ब्लॉक के पास धारकों का प्रवेश सुनिश्चित किया गया है। गेट संख्या-3 से परेड दल एवं झांकियों का प्रवेश होगा। गेट संख्या-4 से आसन, टौंस एवं यमुना ब्लॉक के पास धारकों एवं दर्शकों के लिए प्रवेश की व्यवस्था की गई है।
गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह का शुभारंभ प्रातः 10 बजे होगा। प्रातः 10 बजे परेड दलों की प्रतिबद्धता एवं परेड कमांडर द्वारा परेड का भार ग्रहण किया जाएगा। इसके पश्चात प्रातः 10ः20 बजे माननीय मुख्यमंत्री तथा 10ः28 बजे माननीय राज्यपाल का गरिमामय आगमन होगा। ठीक 10ः30 बजे ध्वजारोहण एवं राष्ट्रगान के उपरांत कार्यक्रम आगे बढ़ेगा। प्रातः 10ः35 बजे से परेड का मार्च पास्ट, स्कूली बच्चों के कार्यक्रम, झांकियों का प्रदर्शन एवं सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किए जाएंगे। इसके पश्चात 11ः25 बजे पुलिस मेडल वितरण किया जाएगा। राष्ट्रगान के साथ कार्यक्रम का समापन होगा एवं महानुभावों का प्रस्थान होगा।
