शीतकालीन पर्यटन को नई रफ्तार: सीएम धामी ने स्नो लेपर्ड साइटिंग, हेली-स्कीइंग और हिमालयन कार रैली शुरू करने के दिए निर्देश

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने राज्य में शीतकालीन यात्रा को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए स्नो लेपर्ड साइटिंग, हेली-स्कीइंग तथा हिमालयन कार रैली को तत्काल प्रारंभ करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने आगामी 20 दिसंबर तक शीतकालीन यात्रा के दृष्टिगत केएमवीएन एवं जीएमवीएन की सभी व्यवस्थाओं और सुविधाओं को दुरुस्त करने तथा होटल मालिकों के साथ बैठक आयोजित करने के निर्देश भी दिए हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी जिलाधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि जिलों के प्रमुख पर्यटक स्थलों से संबंधित सड़क, होटल एवं अन्य बुनियादी सुविधाएं पूर्ण रूप से दुरुस्त होनी चाहिए। मुख्यमंत्री स्वयं सड़क मार्ग से यात्रा कर व्यवस्थाओं का स्थलीय निरीक्षण करेंगे। इसके साथ ही शीतकालीन यात्रा के प्रोत्साहन से जुड़े विभिन्न हितधारकों के साथ दिल्ली में एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित करने के निर्देश भी दिए गए हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने “वन डिस्ट्रिक्ट–वन फेस्टिवल” के तहत राज्य के प्रत्येक जनपद में एक-एक भव्य महोत्सव आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए, जो संबंधित जनपद की विशिष्ट पहचान बने। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि इन महोत्सवों में उस जनपद के विशिष्ट महानुभावों, प्रवासियों, ग्राम प्रधानों से लेकर वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों तक की सहभागिता सुनिश्चित की जाए। साथ ही राज्य स्तर पर एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर का भव्य महोत्सव आयोजित करने के भी निर्देश दिए गए, जिसमें देश-विदेश से विशिष्ट व्यक्तियों और प्रवासियों को आमंत्रित किया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने इन आयोजनों में आम जनता की अधिकतम भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी शनिवार देर रात्रि मुख्यमंत्री आवास में शीतकालीन पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के संबंध में शासन के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों एवं सभी जिलों के जिलाधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक कर रहे थे।*

बैठक के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने बागेश्वर में सरयू कॉरिडोर के विकास के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही उन्होंने गंगोत्री की तर्ज पर सरयू नदी के उद्गम स्थल पर धार्मिक एवं आध्यात्मिक स्थल विकसित करने के निर्देश भी दिए। मुख्यमंत्री ने बागेश्वर में ट्राउट मछली, कीवी एवं लाल चावल के उत्पादन की व्यापक संभावनाओं को देखते हुए इनके प्रोत्साहन पर गंभीरता से कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य सरकार, निजी संस्थानों, सामाजिक एवं धार्मिक संगठनों के संयुक्त प्रयास से एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर का भव्य योग महोत्सव आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए।

मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने निर्देश दिए कि राज्य में पर्यटन स्थलों के विकास से संबंधित कार्य योजनाओं में पर्यटकों, टूर ऑपरेटर्स, होटल व्यवसायियों एवं अन्य हितधारकों का फीडबैक सम्मिलित किया जाए, ताकि पर्यटकों की अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप सुविधाओं का विकास किया जा सके।

बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री ने पौड़ी के पैठाणी स्थित राहु मंदिर एवं लाखामंडल मंदिर के सौंदर्यीकरण की कार्ययोजना को शीघ्र एवं प्रभावी रूप से धरातल पर उतारने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही देवप्रयाग सहित राज्य के विभिन्न प्रयागों एवं घाटों में आयोजित आरती का संज्ञान लेते हुए निर्देश दिए कि प्रदेश के सभी प्रमुख धार्मिक प्रयागों एवं घाटों में भव्य आरती आयोजित की जाए तथा नए घाटों का भी विकास किया जाए।

बैठक में सचिव पर्यटन ने जानकारी दी कि मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश पर उत्तराखंड में शीतकालीन पर्यटन को नई दिशा देने के लिए राज्य सरकार लद्दाख मॉडल पर “स्नो लेपर्ड टूर” प्रारंभ करने जा रही है। इसके तहत शीतकाल में गंगोत्री जैसे उच्च हिमालयी क्षेत्रों को नियंत्रित रूप से पर्यटकों के लिए खोला जाएगा तथा उत्तरकाशी स्थित गंगोत्री राष्ट्रीय उद्यान में प्रायोगिक तौर पर हिम तेंदुआ पर्यटन संचालित किया जाएगा।

उन्होंने बताया कि इस पहल का उद्देश्य शीतकालीन पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के साथ-साथ स्थानीय स्तर पर रोजगार के नए अवसर सृजित करना है। स्नो लेपर्ड टूर से होमस्टे, स्थानीय गाइड, साहसिक पर्यटन एवं अन्य गतिविधियों को प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा, जिससे सीमांत क्षेत्रों की अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती मिलेगी।

सचिव पर्यटन ने यह भी बताया कि शीतकालीन पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए राज्य में शीतकालीन चारधाम यात्रा, साहसिक पर्यटन, सांस्कृतिक उत्सव एवं वन्यजीव पर्यटन से संबंधित एक व्यापक कार्ययोजना लागू की जा रही है। इसके अंतर्गत देश के प्रमुख शहरों में रोड शो, डिजिटल एवं प्रिंट मीडिया अभियान, गद्दी स्थलों से सायंकालीन आरती का लाइव प्रसारण, विशेष टूर पैकेज तथा शीतकाल में होटल-रिसॉर्ट्स को शुल्क में रियायत जैसे प्रस्ताव शामिल हैं।

कार्ययोजना के तहत औली, खलिया टॉप, बेदनीधार सहित विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में स्कीइंग, ट्रेकिंग, पैराग्लाइडिंग एवं रैपलिंग जैसे साहसिक आयोजन किए जाएंगे। मसूरी, नैनीताल एवं उत्तरकाशी में विंटर कार्निवल, ऋषिकेश में अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग महोत्सव तथा जिम कॉर्बेट, नंधौर एवं गंगोत्री क्षेत्र में वन्यजीव एवं स्नो लेपर्ड पर्यटन गतिविधियां आयोजित की जाएंगी। सरकार का उद्देश्य उत्तराखंड को वर्षभर पर्यटन गंतव्य के रूप में स्थापित करना है।

बैठक में प्रमुख सचिव आर. के. सुधांशु, पंकज कुमार पांडे, शैलेश बगौली, सचिन कुर्वे, धीराज गब्र्याल, अपर सचिव बंशीधर तिवारी सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे, जबकि सभी जिलों के जिलाधिकारी वर्चुअल माध्यम से जुड़े रहे।
