पेंशन आधार सीडिंग व यूसीसी पंजीकरण में तेजी लाएं: डीएम बागेश्वर

जिलाधिकारी आशीष भटगांई ने मंगलवार को समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न पेंशन योजनाओं के लाभार्थियों के आधार कार्ड सीडिंग और यूसीसी पंजीकरण की प्रगति की वर्चुअल माध्यम से समीक्षा की। उन्होंने दोनों कार्यों को समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरा करने के सख्त निर्देश दिए, जिसमें लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

जिलाधिकारी भटगांई ने समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान खंड विकास अधिकारियों, लीड बैंक अधिकारी और ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वृद्धावस्था, दिव्यांग, विधवा आदि पेंशन योजनाओं के लाभार्थियों के आधार सीडिंग का कार्य अगले सात दिनों के भीतर हर हाल में पूर्ण कर लिया जाए।

उन्होंने जोर दिया कि सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ सभी पेंशनर्स को समय पर मिल सके, इसके लिए इस दिशा में तेजी से काम करना सुनिश्चित करें। जिलाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि इस कार्य में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही या शिथिलता बिल्कुल भी क्षम्य नहीं होगी। उन्होंने प्रबंधक इंडिया पोस्ट पेमेंट बैंक को भी निर्देश दिए कि सामान्य डाकघरों में संचालित लाभार्थियों के खातों को एक सप्ताह के भीतर विशेष अभियान चलाकर इंडिया पोस्ट पेमेंट बैंक के खातों में परिवर्तित कराना सुनिश्चित करें।

जिलाधिकारी ने जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी को निर्देश दिए कि आधार कार्ड सीडिंग कार्य की नियमित निगरानी करते हुए पेंशन प्राप्त करने वाले लाभार्थियों की आधार सीडिंग शत-प्रतिशत सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि आधार सीडिंग होने से लाभार्थियों को जहां समय से सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ मिलेगा, वहीं पूरी प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता भी बनी रहेगी। इस कार्य को समयबद्धता से पूरा करने के लिए उन्होंने समाज कल्याण विभाग के साथ ही ब्लॉक स्तरीय अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारी तय की है।

समीक्षा बैठक में यूसीसी पंजीकरण की प्रगति पर भी चर्चा हुई। जिलाधिकारी ने यूसीसी पंजीकरण में तेजी लाने के लिए राजस्व विभाग की टीम, खंड विकास अधिकारी, ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारी और नगर निकायों के अधिकारियों को युद्ध स्तर पर पंजीकरण में गति लाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने इसे एक अभियान के तौर पर लेते हुए नगर निकायों में वार्डवार और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में ग्राम पंचायत व न्याय पंचायत स्तर पर रोस्टर निर्धारित कर शिविर लगाने के निर्देश दिए।

जिलाधिकारी ने खंड विकास अधिकारियों को नियमित निगरानी करते हुए प्रतिदिन का लक्ष्य निर्धारित कर अभियान के तौर पर यूसीसी पंजीकरण में तेजी लाने को कहा। उन्होंने यह भी सुनिश्चित करने को कहा कि जिन स्थानों पर शिविर लग चुके हैं, वहां पर भी रोस्टर के अनुसार पुनः शिविर लगाना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने इस कार्य में भी किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही बर्दाश्त न करने की चेतावनी दी।

इस दौरान समाज कल्याण अधिकारी जसमीत कौर, ई-डिस्ट्रिक्ट मैनेजर रोहित बहुगुणा सहित वर्चुअल माध्यम से लीड बैंक अधिकारी, खंड विकास अधिकारी और सभी ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारी जुड़े रहे।
