देहरादून नगर निगम के नवनिर्वाचित महापौर सौरभ थपलियाल को कमिश्नर गढ़वाल विनय शंकर पांडे ने शपथ दिलवाई एवं सभी निर्वाचित पार्षदों को श्री सौरभ थपलियाल द्वारा शपथ दिलावाई गई।
