देहरादून, 6 जुलाई। जिलाधिकारी डॉ. आशीष चौहान ने सोमवार को कलेक्ट्रेट में आयोजित ‘समाधान दिवस’ में जनता की शिकायतों पर सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए लापरवाह अधिकारियों को चेतावनी दी। दूर-दराज से पहुंचे 169 फरियादियों की समस्याएं सुनी गईं, जिनमें कई शिकायतों का मौके पर ही निस्तारण किया गया, जबकि शेष मामलों के त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिए गए।
जनता दरबार में भूमि विवाद, अवैध कब्जे, अतिक्रमण, आपदा क्षतिपूर्ति और पारिवारिक उत्पीड़न से जुड़े मामलों की भरमार रही। एसीपी भुगतान में लापरवाही बरतने पर आंचल डेयरी के प्रबंधक के वेतन पर तत्काल रोक लगाने के आदेश दिए गए।
डीएम ने मेहूंवाला, छिद्दरवाला, कृसाली और ऋषिकेश के त्रिवेणी घाट क्षेत्र में सरकारी भूमि व जनजातीय जमीन पर अवैध कब्जों और प्लाटिंग की शिकायतों पर एसडीएम और तहसीलदारों को तत्काल जांच कर दोषियों के खिलाफ कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।
जनता दरबार में बुजुर्गों और महिलाओं से जुड़े मामलों पर भी प्रशासन संवेदनशील नजर आया। पारिवारिक प्रताड़ना, भरण-पोषण, सुरक्षा और महिला उत्पीड़न से जुड़े मामलों में संबंधित अधिकारियों को तत्काल कार्रवाई और निष्पक्ष जांच के निर्देश दिए गए।
इसके अलावा आर्थिक सहायता, छात्र-छात्राओं की फीस, दिव्यांग सहायता, सड़क निर्माण, अव्यवस्थित हाट बाजार और रेहड़ी-फड़ विक्रेताओं के सत्यापन जैसे मामलों पर भी आवश्यक निर्देश जारी किए गए। जिलाधिकारी ने सीएम हेल्पलाइन पर दर्ज शिकायतों का भी प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निस्तारण सुनिश्चित करने को कहा।
