विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण अभियान को लेकर मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने की समीक्षा बैठक…

देहरादून 12 मई। आगामी विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण अभियान की तैयारियों को लेकर मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी डॉ. बी.वी.आर.सी. पुरुषोत्तम ने मंगलवार को सचिवालय में सभी जनपदों के जिलाधिकारियों के साथ वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से समीक्षा बैठक की। बैठक में निर्वाचन संबंधी तैयारियों को अंतिम रूप देने और अभियान को प्रभावी ढंग से संचालित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने कहा कि सभी जनपद अपनी तैयारियों में तेजी लाते हुए मैपिंग कार्य शीघ्र पूरा करें। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि फार्म-6, 7 और 8 का प्रतिदिन अनिवार्य रूप से रिव्यू करते हुए उनका समयबद्ध निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक बूथ पर तैयार ASD (ऐबसेंट, शिफ्टेड, डेथ) सूची को राजनीतिक दलों के बूथ लेवल एजेंट्स (BLA) के साथ साझा किया जाना अनिवार्य है। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि आगामी एक सप्ताह के भीतर सभी बीएलए को ASD सूची उपलब्ध करा दी जाए।

बैठक में मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने सभी जनपदों में गणना प्रपत्रों की प्रिंटिंग, लॉजिस्टिक्स और वितरण योजना की भी विस्तृत समीक्षा की। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि सभी जिलाधिकारी आगामी एक सप्ताह के भीतर नगर निगम क्षेत्रों के नगर आयुक्तों के साथ बैठक कर SIR योजना को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाएं।

इसके साथ ही उन्होंने बूथ लेवल अधिकारियों (BLO) के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों को और सुदृढ़ एवं प्रभावी ढंग से संचालित करने के निर्देश भी दिए।

बैठक में अपर मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी डॉ. विजय कुमार जोगदंडे, संयुक्त मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी प्रकाश चन्द्र दुम्का, उप मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी किशन सिंह नेगी तथा सहायक मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी मस्तू दास सहित सभी जनपदों के जिलाधिकारी वर्चुअल माध्यम से जुड़े रहे।
