देहरादून 23 मार्च। नरेंद्र मोदी ने पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखंड सरकार के चार वर्ष पूरे होने पर शुभकामनाएं दी हैं। प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने संदेश में कहा कि पिछले चार वर्षों में उत्तराखंड ने विकास और सुशासन की नई पहचान बनाई है और राज्य तेज़ी से प्रगति की दिशा में आगे बढ़ रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री को भेजे संदेश में प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि देवभूमि उत्तराखंड के ऊर्जावान नेतृत्व में राज्य विकास, सुशासन और जनकल्याण के क्षेत्रों में उल्लेखनीय कार्य कर रहा है। उन्होंने उत्तराखंड की सांस्कृतिक और आध्यात्मिक विरासत का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि यह भूमि सदियों से आस्था, अध्यात्म, साहस और समृद्ध परंपराओं की प्रतीक रही है। यहां की विविध भाषाएं-बोलियां, लोक परंपराएं और सरल जीवनशैली प्रदेश को विशिष्ट पहचान देती हैं।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि केंद्र में सरकार बनने के बाद से उत्तराखंड ‘विकसित भारत’ के संकल्प के अनुरूप लगातार नई ऊंचाइयों को छू रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि चारधाम आल वेदर रोड प्रोजेक्ट के तहत चारधाम यात्रा को सुरक्षित और सुगम बनाने के लिए तेजी से कार्य हो रहा है, जबकि ऋषिकेष कर्ण प्रयाग रेलवे लाईन परियोजना से प्रदेश में रेल संपर्क मजबूत किया जा रहा है।
प्रधानमंत्री ने सीमांत क्षेत्रों में कनेक्टिविटी बढ़ाने और शीतकालीन पर्यटन को प्रोत्साहित करने के प्रयासों की भी सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि इन पहलों से पर्यटन को बढ़ावा मिलने के साथ-साथ पलायन रोकने और स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था को सशक्त बनाने में मदद मिल रही है।
अपने संदेश में प्रधानमंत्री ने राज्य सरकार द्वारा स्थानीय उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने, महिला सशक्तिकरण, युवाओं के लिए रोजगार सृजन, स्टार्टअप्स को प्रोत्साहन तथा डिजिटल और हरित विकास के प्रयासों को भी सराहनीय बताया। साथ ही आपदा प्रबंधन की सुदृढ़ व्यवस्था और सतत विकास के प्रति राज्य की प्रतिबद्धता को प्रदेश की प्रगति के लिए महत्वपूर्ण बताया।
प्रधानमंत्री ने विश्वास जताया कि ‘अमृत काल’ में विकसित भारत के निर्माण में उत्तराखंड की भूमिका और अधिक मजबूत होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि आत्मनिर्भर, समृद्ध और सुदृढ़ उत्तराखंड के निर्माण में प्रदेश के प्रत्येक नागरिक की भागीदारी महत्वपूर्ण है।
अंत में प्रधानमंत्री ने राज्य के नागरिकों को भविष्य के प्रयासों के लिए शुभकामनाएं देते हुए उम्मीद जताई कि आने वाले वर्षों में उत्तराखंड विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में नई उपलब्धियां हासिल करेगा।
