देहरादून 11 मई। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा है कि राष्ट्रीय हित को सर्वोपरि रखते हुए ऊर्जा संसाधनों की बचत करना हम सभी का सामूहिक दायित्व है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा देशवासियों से की गई अपील केवल आर्थिक बचत तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि आत्मनिर्भर और सशक्त भारत के निर्माण की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है।

 

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यदि सभी नागरिक अपनी जिम्मेदारियों को समझते हुए छोटे-छोटे संकल्प लें, तो यह देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती देने में बड़ा योगदान साबित होगा। उन्होंने अनावश्यक विदेश यात्राओं से बचने, स्थानीय और स्वदेशी उत्पादों को प्राथमिकता देने, पेट्रोल-डीजल की खपत कम करने के लिए सार्वजनिक परिवहन का उपयोग करने तथा ऊर्जा की बचत करने की अपील की।

 

उन्होंने कहा कि एक वर्ष तक स्वर्ण आभूषणों की खरीद से बचना, खेती में रासायनिक उर्वरकों के बजाय प्राकृतिक खाद का उपयोग करना और खाद्य तेल का संयमित इस्तेमाल करना जैसे कदम भी आत्मनिर्भर भारत अभियान को मजबूती प्रदान करेंगे।

 

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि देवभूमि उत्तराखंड के नागरिक हमेशा राष्ट्रहित के कार्यों में अग्रणी रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि “वोकल फॉर लोकल” और “आत्मनिर्भर भारत” का संकल्प तभी सफल होगा, जब प्रत्येक नागरिक अपने स्तर पर योगदान देगा।

 

मुख्यमंत्री ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि राज्य की जनता प्रधानमंत्री के आह्वान को जन आंदोलन का रूप देगी। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में देश तेजी से आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में आगे बढ़ रहा है और सभी नागरिकों की सहभागिता से यह संकल्प और अधिक मजबूत होगा।
