अवैध निर्माण पर एमडीडीए की सख्ती, ऋषिकेश में बिना मानचित्र निर्माण सील…

 

देहरादून, 18 अगस्त। मसूरी-देहरादून विकास प्राधिकरण (एमडीडीए) ने अवैध निर्माण और अनधिकृत प्लाटिंग के खिलाफ कार्रवाई तेज कर दी है। प्राधिकरण उपाध्यक्ष बंशीधर तिवारी के निर्देश पर एमडीडीए की टीम ने ऋषिकेश में बिना स्वीकृत मानचित्र के किए जा रहे निर्माण को सील कर दिया।

प्राधिकरण के अनुसार मनीराम मार्ग, गली नंबर-10, ऋषिकेश निवासी सरला अग्रवाल द्वारा बिना स्वीकृत मानचित्र के निर्माण कराया जा रहा था। मामले का संज्ञान लेते हुए एमडीडीए की टीम ने नियमानुसार कार्रवाई करते हुए निर्माण स्थल को सील कर दिया।

एमडीडीए ने स्पष्ट किया कि प्राधिकरण क्षेत्र में किसी भी प्रकार का निर्माण स्वीकृत मानचित्र और निर्धारित नियमों के अनुसार ही किया जाना चाहिए। बिना अनुमति निर्माण या अनधिकृत प्लाटिंग पाए जाने पर संबंधित के खिलाफ नियमानुसार सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। प्राधिकरण की टीमें विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में निर्माण गतिविधियों की नियमित निगरानी कर रही हैं।

बिना मानचित्र निर्माण की अनुमति नहीं : बंशीधर तिवारी

एमडीडीए उपाध्यक्ष बंशीधर तिवारी ने कहा कि अवैध निर्माण और अनधिकृत प्लाटिंग के खिलाफ अभियान लगातार जारी रहेगा। किसी को भी बिना स्वीकृत मानचित्र के निर्माण की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। उन्होंने आमजन से अपील की कि निर्माण शुरू करने से पहले मानचित्र स्वीकृत कराएं और प्राधिकरण के नियमों का पालन करें।

प्राधिकरण के सचिव मोहन सिंह बर्निया ने कहा कि बिना स्वीकृत मानचित्र निर्माण करना नियमों का उल्लंघन है। ऐसे मामलों में नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जा रही है और किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही नहीं बरती जाएगी। उन्होंने लोगों से स्वीकृत मानचित्र के अनुरूप ही निर्माण कार्य करने की अपील की।
