यमुनोत्री क्षेत्र के 5 मोटर मार्ग राज्य योजना में स्वीकृत…

उत्तरकाशी। यमुनोत्री क्षेत्र में बुनियादी सुविधाओं को मजबूत करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाते हुए पांच प्रमुख मोटर मार्गों को राज्य योजना के अंतर्गत स्वीकृति मिल गई है। भाजपा के प्रदेश मीडिया प्रभारी मनवीर चौहान ने मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि इससे क्षेत्र के विकास को नई गति मिलेगी और स्थानीय लोगों को बेहतर सुविधाएं मिल सकेंगी।

राज्य योजना के तहत जिन मोटर मार्गों को स्वीकृति मिली है, उनमें जशपुर चमियारी से उलन मोटर मार्ग, पोंटी राजगढ़ी (किमी 21) पुजेली से ग्राम कोटी बनाल, पोंटी राजगढ़ी (किमी 10) से पोंटी गांव तक, ग्राम पंचायत पालार बैंड से गंगटाड़ी तक तथा ग्राम कंसेरु बैंड से उपराड़ी-साडा होते हुए दोबाटा-बड़कोट तक के मार्ग शामिल हैं।

मनवीर सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि क्षेत्रीय जनता की मांगों को मुख्यमंत्री ने गंभीरता से सुना और उन पर सकारात्मक निर्णय लिया। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा, सड़क, स्वास्थ्य सहित विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में विकास कार्य तेजी से आगे बढ़ाए जा रहे हैं। साथ ही क्षेत्र में हवाई कनेक्टिविटी बढ़ाने और पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए भी कई योजनाओं पर कार्य किया जा रहा है तथा कुछ प्रस्तावों को जल्द स्वीकृति मिलने की उम्मीद है।

उन्होंने कहा कि यमुनोत्री चारधाम यात्रा का पहला पड़ाव है और यहां विकास कार्यों के चलते रोजगार के अवसर भी बढ़ रहे हैं, जिसका लाभ क्षेत्र के युवाओं को मिल रहा है।

राज्य योजना के अंतर्गत विकासखण्ड नौगांव की ग्राम पंचायत पालर से गंगटाड़ी तक मोटर मार्ग के नव निर्माण (प्रथम चरण) के लिए ₹88.25 लाख की लागत से 5 किलोमीटर सड़क निर्माण को प्रशासनिक एवं वित्तीय स्वीकृति दी गई है। यह निर्णय क्षेत्र की वर्षों पुरानी मांग को पूरा करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है।

इसके अलावा विकासखण्ड चिन्यालीसौड़ के अंतर्गत मरगांव उलड मोटर मार्ग के किमी 07 के खाडु बैण्ड से प्राथमिक विद्यालय जसपुर तल्ली तक मोटर मार्ग निर्माण कार्य को भी घोषणा में शामिल कर स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है। इससे दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों के विद्यार्थियों और ग्रामीणों को आवागमन में बड़ी राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है।

चौहान ने कहा कि मोटर मार्गों के निर्माण, पुलों के निर्माण, सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों के उच्चीकरण, महाविद्यालयों में स्नातकोत्तर विषयों के संचालन तथा इंटर कॉलेजों में विज्ञान वर्ग की व्यवस्था जैसे कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय क्षेत्र के विकास को नई दिशा देंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि इन योजनाओं से दुर्गम क्षेत्रों को मुख्य मार्गों से जोड़ने में मदद मिलेगी और शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य तथा अन्य बुनियादी सुविधाओं में भी व्यापक सुधार होगा।

उन्होंने विश्वास जताया कि इन विकास कार्यों से यमुनोत्री क्षेत्र का समग्र विकास सुनिश्चित होगा और इसे राज्य के सर्वश्रेष्ठ विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में शामिल करने के लिए प्रयास लगातार जारी रहेंगे।
