देहरादून: नवरात्र के दौरान देहरादून में कुट्टू के आटे से बने पकवान खाने से 100 से भी अधिक लोग फूड प्वाइजनिंग से प्रभावित हुए। स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर राजेश कुमार ने बताया कि सभी मरीजों की हालत स्थिर है और अगले 24 घंटे में अधिकांश मरीजों को अस्पताल से छुट्टी दे दी जाएगी।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डाॅ धन सिंह रावत के निर्देशों के बाद खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग (एफडीए) ने राज्य के सीमावर्ती इलाकों के साथ देहरादून और आसपास के इलाकों में दुकानों व अन्य प्रतिष्ठानों में ताबड़तोड़ छापेमारी चलाया गया। जिसमें एक दर्जन से अधिक लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमें दर्ज कराये गये हैं।

कुट्टू का आटा सप्लायर का गोदाम सील, केस दर्ज
आयुक्त खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग (एफडीए) डॉ. आर राजेश कुमार ने कहा आज सुबह सूचना मिली कि राजकीय दून मेडिकल कॉलेज और कोरोनेशन अस्पताल में मरीज भर्ती किए गए हैं। मरीजों के परिजनों से पूछताछ करने पर पता चला कि इन सभी ने कुट्टू के आटे से बनी सामग्री का सेवन किया था, जिसके बाद उन्हें फूड पॉइजनिंग के गंभीर लक्षण दिखाई देने लगे। जांच के दौरान पाया कि मरीजों के परिवारों ने अलग-अलग दुकानों से कुट्टू का आटा खरीदा था, लेकिन सभी आटे का स्रोत सहारनपुर (उत्तर प्रदेश) और विकासनगर (देहरादून) से जुड़ा हुआ था।

मुख्य सप्लायर और जिम्मेदार दुकानदारों की पहचान
जांच में सामने आया कि कुट्टू के आटे की आपूर्ति निम्नलिखित प्रतिष्ठानों द्वारा की गई थी:
1. मेसर्स श्री गोविंद सहाय शंकर लाल – यह प्रतिष्ठान सहारनपुर (उ.प्र.) से कुट्टू का आटा सप्लाई कर रहा था।
2. विकास गोयल चक्की–यह चक्की मोग्गंज जामा मस्जिद के पास, थाना कोतवाली शहर, सहारनपुर (उ.प्र.) में स्थित है, जहां कुट्टू का आटा पिसा गया था।
3. Laxmi Trading, Sangam Vihar, Bhojwala Road, Vikasnagar, Dehradun – यह प्रतिष्ठान देहरादून में कुट्टू के आटे का मुख्य वितरक था। इसका गोदाम मेट्याला अकबरी मस्जिद, देहरादून के पास स्थित है।

जांच में पाया गया कि FSSAI (भारतीय खाद्य संरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण) के निर्देशों और गाइडलाइन्स के विपरीत इन प्रतिष्ठानों ने मिलावटी कुट्टू का आटा सप्लाई किया था, जिससे 84 लोगों की जान जोखिम में पड़ गई।

एफआईआर दर्ज, सैंपल लिए गए और गोदाम सील

घटना की गंभीरता को देखते हुए खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने तत्काल कार्रवाई की:
मुख्य सप्लायर Laxmi Trading के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज।
गोदाम को सील कर दिया गया।
संदिग्ध कुट्टू के आटे के नमूने लिए गए, जिन्हें जांच के लिए भेजा गया।
सहारनपुर स्थित चक्की और दुकान की भी जांच की जा रही है।
आगामी दिनों में अन्य प्रतिष्ठानों पर भी कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।

आयुक्त खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग (एफडीए) डॉ. आर राजेश कुमार ने कहा कि खाद्य विभाग लगातार तीन महीने वस्तुओं के सैंपल ले रहा था और छापेमारी अभियान भी चला रहा था। इस संबंध में यूपी के फूड कमिश्नर को भी 15 दिन पहले एक पत्र लिखा था कि मिलावटखोरों पर कार्रवाई करें क्योंकि अधिकांश मिलावटी उत्पाद यूपी से उत्तराखंड आते हैं।
