जिला प्रशासन जनसमस्याओं के त्वरित और प्रभावी निस्तारण को लेकर लगातार सक्रिय है। इसी क्रम में झंडा मोहल्ला तालाब क्षेत्र में जल संयोजन पाइप क्षतिग्रस्त होने और दूषित पानी की समस्या पर जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने संज्ञान लेते हुए तत्काल कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित कराई।

 

बुजुर्ग महिला की शिकायत पर त्वरित एक्शन

80 वर्षीय वरिष्ठ नागरिक रानी महेंद्रु ने पाइपलाइन लीकेज, दूषित जल आपूर्ति और नालियों में गंदगी की समस्या को लेकर जिलाधिकारी से शिकायत की थी। उन्होंने बताया कि कई महीनों से पाइपलाइन क्षतिग्रस्त थी, जिससे जल आपूर्ति बाधित हो रही थी और सड़कों पर गंदा पानी बहने से दुर्घटना का खतरा बना हुआ था।

 

लापरवाही पर सख्ती, मांगी गई रिपोर्ट

मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए डीएम ने संबंधित विभाग से तत्काल आख्या (एटीआर) तलब की और लापरवाही बरतने वाले अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों के प्रति कड़ा रुख अपनाया।

 

त्वरित मरम्मत और सफाई कार्य

डीएम के निर्देश के बाद जल संस्थान की टीम ने मौके पर पहुंचकर क्षतिग्रस्त पाइपलाइन की मरम्मत कर जल आपूर्ति सुचारु की। साथ ही क्षेत्र में फैली गंदगी को हटाकर नालियों की सफाई भी कराई गई।

 

अनियमितताओं की जांच के निर्देश

शिकायत में पूर्व में किए गए मरम्मत कार्य में अनियमितताओं और उपभोक्ता से अनावश्यक सामग्री मंगवाने का भी आरोप लगाया गया था। इस पर जिलाधिकारी ने जांच के आदेश देते हुए जिम्मेदारों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने को कहा है।
