देहरादून/गैरसैंण 10 मार्च। उत्तराखंड के पर्यटन, धर्मस्व, संस्कृति, लोक निर्माण, सिंचाई, पंचायतीराज, ग्रामीण निर्माण एवं जलागम मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने कहा कि हिमालयी कुंभ के नाम से प्रसिद्ध नंदा देवी राजजात यात्रा के आयोजन के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा व्यापक स्तर पर तैयारियां की जा रही हैं। इस यात्रा के लिए विभिन्न विभागों के माध्यम से अब तक 109.65 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि स्वीकृत की जा चुकी है।
भराड़ीसैंण स्थित विधानसभा के प्रथम सत्र 2026 के दूसरे दिन प्रश्नकाल में विधायक बृजभूषण गैराला के तारांकित प्रश्न के उत्तर में मंत्री ने बताया कि यह यात्रा प्रत्येक 12 वर्ष में आयोजित होती है और इसे सफल व सुव्यवस्थित बनाने के लिए प्रशासनिक स्तर पर सभी जरूरी व्यवस्थाएं की जा रही हैं।
मंत्री ने बताया कि यात्रा के संचालन और व्यवस्थाओं के लिए चमोली के मुख्य विकास अधिकारी को यात्रा अधिकारी नामित किया गया है। वहीं जिलाधिकारी चमोली द्वारा प्रभागीय वनाधिकारी बद्रीनाथ वन प्रभाग गोपेश्वर तथा उप जिलाधिकारी चमोली, कर्णप्रयाग और थराली को जोनल मजिस्ट्रेट नियुक्त किया गया है। इसके अलावा यात्रा के प्रत्येक पड़ाव पर पड़ाव अधिकारियों की भी तैनाती कर दी गई है।
उन्होंने कहा कि यात्रा की तैयारियों के लिए विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा कुल 48 कार्यों के लिए 109.65 करोड़ रुपये स्वीकृत किए गए हैं, जिन पर संबंधित विभाग अपने स्तर पर कार्य कर रहे हैं।
इसके अतिरिक्त पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा 19 अक्टूबर 2025 को जारी पत्र के माध्यम से नंदा देवी राजजात यात्रा की तैयारियों के लिए जिलाधिकारी चमोली को 20 करोड़ रुपये की अतिरिक्त धनराशि भी जारी की गई है। इस राशि से आस्था पथ और यात्रा मार्ग के विभिन्न पड़ावों पर श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधाओं तथा अन्य आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं को बेहतर बनाया जा रहा है।
मंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार का उद्देश्य यात्रा को सुगम, सुरक्षित और सुव्यवस्थित बनाना है, ताकि देश-विदेश से आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को बेहतर सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हो सकें।
