जिलाधिकारी टिहरी गढ़वाल के निर्देशन में जनता दरबार कार्यक्रम के अन्तर्गत आज सोमवार को जिला सभागार नई टिहरी में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी वरूणा अग्रवाल ने लोगों की समस्याओं एवं शिकायतों को सुना। कार्यक्रम में 48 आवेदन पत्र दर्ज किए गए, संबंधित विभागों को शीघ्र शिकायतों का निस्तारण करने के निर्देश दिये गये।
इस मौके पर मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने सीएम हेल्पलाइन एवं मुख्यमंत्री जन समर्पण पोर्टल पर लम्बित शिकायतों तथा जिला योजना की वित्तीय एवं भौतिक प्रगति की समीक्षा भी गई। सीडीओ ने कहा कि जिला योजना के अन्तर्गत जिन विभागों को धनराशि सरेंडर करनी हो, वह शीघ्र ही सरंेडर कर दें। साथ ही कम प्रगति वाले विभागों को कार्यों मंे प्रगति लाते हुए समयान्तर्गत धनराशि व्यय करने को कहा गया।
मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने कहा कि ‘जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार‘ कार्यक्रम के साथ-साथ ‘मिशन-शक्ति-सम्बल-बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ‘ को लेकर व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार किया जायेगा। प्रत्येक ब्लॉक क्षेत्रान्तर्गत 02-02 नुक्कड़ नाटकों का आयोजन किया जायेगा। साथ ही बाल विवाह न करने को लेकर जागरूक किया जायेगा तथा शपथ पत्र भरा जायेगा। इसके तहत कल मंगलवार को कीर्तिनगर एवं देवप्रयाग में नुक्कड़ नाटक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जायेंगे।
इस दौरान सीडीओ ने कहा कि जनपद टिहरी को पर्यटन के क्षेत्र मंे ट्रेक डेस्टिीनेशन के रूप में एक विशेष पहचान दिलाने को लेकर टूरिस्ट प्लेस डेवल्प किए जाने हैं। इसके लिए जिला स्तरीय पर्यटन टास्क फोर्स समिति गठित की गई है। प्रथम चरण में जाखणीधार ब्लॉक के अन्तर्गत थात (खेट पर्वत का ट्रेक रूट), चम्बा ब्लॉक का सौड़ तथा जौनपुर का सेंदुल (नागटिब्बा का ट्रैकिंग रूट) को चिन्ह्ति किया गया है। इसके साथ ही अन्य ट्रेकिंग रूट्स को पर्यटन के दृष्टिगत बढ़ावा देने के लिए सभी एसडीएम को विलेज लेवल पर बैठक आयोजित कर गांव चिन्ह्ति कर प्रस्ताव बनाकर रिपोर्ट उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिये गये, ताकि प्रस्तावों को उच्च स्तर पर भेजा जा सके।
जनता दरबार में नागदेव पथल्ड से स्वाड़ी चलिखाल बाड़ियों मोटर मार्ग को लेकर क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीणों ने सर्वे किये गये सड़क का शीघ्र निर्माण करवाने की मांग की, इस पर एसडीएम टिहरी और अधिशासी अभियन्ता लोनिवि चम्बा को स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिये गये। ग्राम प्रधान गवाणा सीता देवी ने ग्राम के मुख्य पुल की जर्जर स्थिति का निरीक्षण कर मरम्मत करने अथवा नया पुल बनाने की मांग की, जिस पर एएमए जिला पंचायत को निरीक्षण कर आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने को कहा गया।
इसके साथ ही सड़क निर्माण भूमि प्रतिकर भुगतान, मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र बनाने, कृषि भूमि सुरक्षा हेतु घेरबाड़, सड़क सुरक्षा दीवार बनाने, अवैध निर्माण, गौशाला बनाने, बीएसएनएल टावर लगाने, पीएम आवास बनाने, लम्बित देयकों का भुगतान आदि मांगे/शिकायतें की गई।
इस मौके पर एडीएम अवधेश कुमार सिंह, आईएएस प्रशिक्षु स्नेहिल कुंवर, सीएमओ श्याम विजय, डीडीओ मो. असलम, एसडीएम टिहरी संदीप कुमार सहित अन्य जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी भौतिक एवं वर्चुअल माध्यम से बैठक में उपस्थित रहे।
