एम्स में गुणवत्तापूर्ण रोगी देखभाल के लिए आयोजित होंगी कार्यशालाएं

एम्स ऋषिकेश में अब नर्सिंग अधिकारियों के ज्ञान और कौशल को बढ़ाने के लिए नियमित स्तर पर कार्यशालाओं का आयोजन किया जायेगा। इसके लिए बुद्धवार को संस्थान के नर्सिंग विभाग ने ’सतत नर्सिंग शिक्षा’ ( सी.एन.ई. ) की शुरूआत की। इन कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से संस्थान के नर्सिंग अधिकारी नवीनतम चिकित्सा पद्धतियों और तकनीकों का प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।

रोगी देखभाल के क्षेत्र में नर्सिंग अधिकारियों को एम्स अब समय-समय पर कार्यशालाओं के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षित करेगा। इस दिशा में काॅन्टिन्यूअस नर्सिंग एजुकेशन (सी.एन.ई.) की शुरूआत करते हुए संस्थान ने नर्सिंग अधिकारियों के लिए वृहद कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया। इस अवसर पर उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम की मुख्य अतिथि संस्थान की कार्यकारी निदेशक प्रो0 मीनू सिंह ने कहा कि सतत नर्सिंग शिक्षा कार्यक्रम (सीएनई) नर्सिंग प्रोफेशन को आगे बढ़ाने में मददगार साबित होगा।

उन्होंने कहा कि इस प्रकार की कार्यशालाओं के माध्यम से नर्सिंग अधिकारी अपने ज्ञान और कौशल को बेहतर बनाकर रोगियों को और अच्छी देखभाल प्रदान कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए उन्होंने इस कार्यक्रम के तहत समय-समय पर कार्यशालाओं और सम्मेलनों के आयोजन के साथ ही ऑनलाईन पाठ्यक्रमों का सुझाव दिया। चिकित्सा अधीक्षक प्रो0 सत्या श्री ने सीएनई को नर्सिंग अधिकारियों के लिए बहुलाभकारी बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि इस कार्यक्रम से नर्सिंग स्टाफ को अपनी स्किल्स विकसित करने का अवसर प्राप्त होगा। जिससे रोगी देखभाल प्रणाली भी मजबूत होगी। डीन रिसर्च प्रोफेसर शैलेन्द्र हांडू ने भी कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित किया।

मुख्य नर्सिंग अधिकारी डाॅ0 अनिता रानी कंसल ने सी.एन.ई के नियमित आयोजनों के माध्यम से नर्सिंग अधिकारियों को एविडेन्स बेस्ड प्रैक्टिस के लिए प्रेरित करने की बात कही। उन्होंने कहा कि ’सतत नर्सिंग शिक्षा’ (सीएनई) से नर्सिंग सेवा की गुणवत्ता में और सुधार होगा। उन्होंने बताया कि सीएनई भारतीय नर्सिंग परिषद द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त कार्यक्रम है और इसके संचालन से व्यापक गुणवत्तापरक रोगी देखभाल प्रदान करने के लिए नर्सिंग अधिकारियों के ज्ञान, दृष्टिकोण और कौशल को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। साथ ही नर्सिंग अधिकारियों को अपना लाइसेंस रिन्यू करवाते समय भी इसकी आवश्यकता होती है। सी.एन.ई. के पहले दिन बाल चिकित्सा के क्षेत्र में बाल चिकित्सा वेंटिलेशन और श्वसन सहायता विषय पर अलग-अलग चरणों में विभिन्न नवीनतम और व्यवहारिक जानकारियां दी गयीं।

सी.एन.ई. को सफल बनाने में सीएनई सेल के काॅर्डिनेटर और डीएनएस जीनू जैकब, अरूण रवि, आयोजन सचिव डीएनएस श्रीकांत देसाई सहित एएनएस हेमन्त कुमार आदि का विशेष सहयोग रहा। कार्यक्रम में काॅलेज ऑफ नर्सिंग की प्रिन्सिपल प्रो0 स्मृति अरोड़ा, डीएमएस डाॅ0 रवि कुमार सहित सभी डीएनएस, एएनएस और एसएनओ आदि मौजूद रहे।
