देहरादून: मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन ने बुधवार को सचिवालय में शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा की। मुख्य सचिव ने विभाग के क्रियाकलापों पर अधिकारियों के साथ विस्तार से चर्चा की। उन्होंने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति के तहत परीक्षा पैटर्न एवं अन्य प्राविधानों को समाहित करने के लिए व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएं।

भारत दर्शन योजना में इस वर्ष छात्रों की संख्या का लक्ष्य 1000, अगले वर्ष के लिए दिया 5000 का लक्ष्य

मुख्य सचिव ने माध्यमिक शिक्षा के अंतर्गत भारत दर्शन योजना को विस्तारित किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इस वर्ष कम से कम 1 हजार बच्चों को भारत दर्शन यात्रा करायी जाए, जिसे अगले वर्ष बढ़ाकर 5000 करने का लक्ष्य रखा जाए। यह बच्चों के अन्वेषण एवं कौशल के लिए एक महत्त्वपूर्ण योजना है। उन्होंने भारत दर्शन यात्रा के दिवसों को बढ़ाकर 7 दिन किए जाने के भी निर्देश दिए। कहा कि भारत के प्रतिष्ठित विज्ञान एवं तकनीकी संस्थानों के साथ ही सैन्य प्रतिष्ठानों के भ्रमण कार्य आयोजित कराए जाएं।

मुख्य सचिव ने प्रस्तावित 559 क्लस्टर विद्यालयों के निर्माण में तेजी लाए जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने अगले एक माह में सभी चिन्हित क्लस्टर विद्यालय भवनों की डीपीआर तैयार कर प्रस्तुत किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने बैठक के दौरान ही फोन के माध्यम से शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा चयनित कार्यदायी संस्थाओं के विभागाध्यक्षों को एक माह में डीपीआर तैयार किए जाने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने स्मार्ट क्लासेज एवं कम्प्यूटर लैब निर्माण कार्यों की डीपीआर भी एक माह में तैयार किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने निर्माण कार्यों में तेजी लाए जाने के लिए विभागीय निदेशकों को जिलाधिकारियों एवं कार्यदायी संस्थाओं से समन्वय के लिए जनपदों का दौरा किये जाने के निर्देश भी दिए। उन्होंने जनपदों के भ्रमण कार्यक्रमों के दौरान क्लस्टर स्कूलों में वाहन भाड़ा के लिए जिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता वाली जिला स्तरीय समितियों की बैठकें शीघ्र आयोजित कर ऐसे मामलों के निस्तारित किए जाने के भी निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश के भीतर आवासीय विद्यालयों को बढ़ाए जाने पर भी फोकस किया जाए। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि आवासीय विद्यालयों में एक वाहन उपलब्ध कराया जाए, ताकि मेडिकल इमरजेंसी एवं अन्य आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों में होने वाली समस्याओं से बचा जा सके।

इस अवसर पर सचिव रविनाथ रमन एवं अपर सचिव श्रीमती रंजना राजगुरू सहित अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
