ग्राम स्तर तक योग अभियान चलाया जाए- मुख्यमंत्री

भारत-पाकिस्तान के बीच बढ़ते तनाव के मद्देनजर उत्तराखंड सरकार ने राज्य के सभी अस्पतालों को हाई अलर्ट पर रहने के निर्देश दिए हैं। सभी जिलों और ब्लॉक स्तर पर रैपिड रिस्पांस टीम गठित करने के साथ ही सभी अस्पतालों को तैयार रखने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के निर्देश पर सचिव स्वास्थ्य डॉ. आर राजेश कुमार की ओर से गुरुवार को इस संदर्भ में दिशानिर्देश दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य के सभी अस्पतालों में 12 हजार के करीब बेड चिन्हित किए गए हैं। इसके अलावा सभी आईसीयू और वेंटिलेटर तैयार रखने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

उन्होंने बताया कि सभी अस्पतालों में ट्रॉमा रूम चिन्हित करने, स्टेबलाइजेशन रूम चिन्हित किए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जिलों में सीएमओ और ब्लॉक स्तर पर चीफ मेडिकल सुपरिटेंडेंट रैपिड रिस्पांस टीमों का नेतृत्व करेंगे। सभी अस्पतालों पर लाल रंग से रेड क्रॉस का निशान बनाने को कहा गया है।

सचिव स्वास्थ्य ने बताया कि स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशक और निदेशक चिकित्सा शिक्षा को सभी अस्पतालों और मेडिकल कॉलेजों को पूरी तरह तैयार रखने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। अस्पतालों में जरूरी दवाओं का स्टॉक सुनिश्चित करने के भी निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

उत्तराखंड में मेडिकल स्टाफ की छुट्टियों पर लगी रोक
उत्तराखंड के अस्पतालों में डॉक्टरों एवं मेडिकल कर्मचारियों की छुट्टियों पर रोक लगा दी गई है। इसके अलावा मेडिकल कॉलेजों एवं अस्पतालों के बेसमेंट में आश्रय स्थल बनाए जाने को निर्देशित किया गया है। इसके अलावा बेड और दवाएं आदि पर्याप्त रखने को कहा है। स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर राजेश कुमार ने पूरे प्रदेश में छुट्टियों पर रोक के आदेश जारी किए हैं। चिकित्सा शिक्षा निदेशक डॉ. आशुतोष सयाना की ओर से सभी मेडिकल कॉलेजों को नागरिक सुरक्षा के लिए निर्देशित किया गया है।
