जिलाधिकारी ने कहा की बेटी को सशक्त बनाने का निंदा सुनंदा एक ग्लोबल प्रयास है हम रहे ना रहे यह चलता रहेगा। उन्होंने बेटियों की हौसला बजाई करते हुए कहा कि आप अपनी शिक्षा की स्पार्क को जारी रखें आपकी शिक्षा का वहन जिला प्रशासन करेगा, डीएम ने महिला अधिकारियों का उदाहरण देते हुए बालिकाओं को उनकी तरह बनने के लिए भी प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रोजेक्ट नंदा सुनंदा निर्बल के द्वारा असहाय बालिकाएं जिनकी शिक्षा पारिवारिक मजबूरी के कारण छूट जा रही है उनको पुनर्जीवित कर उनके सपनों में उड़ान भरने तथा सुरक्षित भविष्य की नीव रखने का एक आधार है। उन्होंने बेटियों में लक्ष्य प्राप्त करने की ललक जगाई।

उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा सबसे शक्तिशाली हथियार है दुनिया का कोई भी हथियार शिक्षा से बड़ा नही है। इसलिए कड़ी मेहनत से अपने लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करें, जिला प्रशासन आपका सहयोग करता रहेगा। आज खुशी कौर कक्षा 04, 13425 रू०, जैनब कक्षा 05 को 7900, तथा प्राची जिनकी पढाई के लिए पूर्व डीआईटी में एडमिशन कराया था किन्तु आर्थिक स्थिति खराब होने के कारण परिवहन का वहन नही कर पा रही थी के लिए 2500 रू० का चैक दिया गया है। आज 9 नंदा-सुनंदा देवीयों को कुल 308760 रू0 मात्र के चैक दिए गए। इस अवसर पर पुलिस अधीक्षक जया बलूनी, उप जिलाधिकारी अपूर्वा सिंह, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी विनोद ढौंडियाल, जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी बाल विकास जितेन्द्र कुमार सहित सम्बन्धित अधिकारी कार्मिक उपस्थित रहे।
