डीएम के प्रोजेक्ट ‘उत्कर्ष’ अन्तर्गत ओएनजीसी व हुडको का मिला अभूतपूर्व सहयोग

देहरादून: सीएम की सकारात्मक ऊर्जा से प्रोजेक्ट ‘उत्कर्ष’ के तहत् सरकारी स्कूलों को पठन-पाठन आधुनिक तकनीक से स्कूलों को स्मार्ट बनाने के डीएम सविन बंसल के प्रयास धरातल पर उतरने लगे हैं। जिसके अन्तर्गत वित्तीष वर्ष 2024-25 मार्च में दुर्गम क्षेत्र चकराता, कालसी के स्कूलों को फर्नीचर उपलब्ध करा दिया गया हैं तथा शेष विकासखण्ड विकासनगर, सहसपुर, रायपुर व डोईवाला में वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के अन्तर्गत फर्नीचर आच्छादित करने हेतु ओएनजीसी ने कार्य आदेश जारी कर दिया है।

स्कूलों को स्मार्ट बनाने के इस कार्य में ओएनजीसी व हुडको द्वारा सहयोग किया जा रहा है। जिलाधिकारी के इस महत्वाकांक्षी प्राजेक्ट में हुडको द्वारा स्कूलों में पठनपाठन व्यवस्था हेतु आधुनिक उपकरण एलईडी के लिए 2.5 के कार्य प्रोसेस में हैं, जबकि ओएनजीसी ने 1.5 करोड़ के फर्नीचर एवं उपकरण में सहयोग कर रही है। ओएनजीसी ने विकासखण्ड चकराता, कालसी स्थत सरकारी स्कूलों को वर्ष 2024-25 में फर्नीचर युक्त कर दिया है तथा वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए विकासखण्ड डोईवाला, रायपुर, विकासनगर व सहसपुर स्थित स्कूलों में फर्नीचर उपलब्ध कराने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है।
सरकारी स्कूलों के बच्चों को पठन-पाठन की आधुनिक तकनीक से जोड़कर, भविष्य की स्पर्धा के लिए मजबूत करना है प्रशासन का लक्ष्य

जल्द ही स्कूलों में एलईडी स्क्रीन के माध्यम ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई हो सकेगी हुडको पर 3.5 करोड़ का प्रोजेक्ट अंतिम चरण पर है।

जिलाधिकारी ने जनपद देहरादून में स्कूलों में मूलभूत सुविधा सहित वाईट बोर्ड, प्रत्येक कक्ष में दो एलईडी लाईट, फर्नीचर, आउटडोर स्पोर्टस आदि समुचित व्यवस्थाएं करने की दिशा में कार्य किया जा रहा है जिसके लिए 1 करोड़ की धनराशि मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी निवर्तन पर रखी गई। जिसके तहत् सम्बन्धित खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारियों को भी मांग के अनुरूप धनराशि आंवटित की गई है।

स्कूलों में बच्चे पढ़ेंगे महापुरुषों की जीवनी, बच्चों को पढ़ाई के साथ कौशल विकास की शिक्षा देने का भी किया जा रहा है प्रयास

खेल मनोरंजन के साथ पढ़ाई भी, कॉमिक्स, मैगजीन व समाचार पत्रों के माध्यम से देश दुनिया से रूबरू रहेंगे बच्चे

जिलाधिकारी की पहल पर प्रत्येक स्कूल में न्यूज़पेपर, मैगज़ीन, शब्दकोश और महापुरुषों की जीवनियाँ अनिवार्य रखे जाने के निर्देश दिए ताकि बच्चे व्यवसायिक शिक्षा के साथ 2 महापुरूषों की जीवनी से परिचित हो सके। जिलाधिकारी ने स्कूलों की कक्षाओं में मूलभूत सुविधा, लाईट, पानी, पेयजल, शौचालय उपलब्ध हों पानी की टंकियों की मरम्मत सफाई एवं सुरक्षा हेतु इंतजाम के साथ ही गुणवत्तायुक्त पोष्टिक भोजन सुनिश्चित करने हेतु मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी एवं सम्बन्धित खण्ड एवं उप शिक्षा अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया है।
