उत्तराखंड में आयोजित हो रहे राष्ट्रीय खेल में दिल्ली के स्टार लॉन बॉल खिलाड़ी नवनीत सिंह अपनी प्रतिभा का जलवा बिखेर रहे हैं। नवनीत सिंह ने 2011 में लॉन बॉल खेल की शुरुआत की थी और तब से लेकर अब तक उन्होंने राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कई पदक जीतकर भारत का मान बढ़ाया है। नवनीत सिंह लॉन बॉल में मेंस पेयर्स और मेंस फोर्स कैटेगरी में खेलते हैं।

2022 के कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स में भारत के लिए लॉन बॉल पुरुषों की फोर स्पर्धा में रजत पदक जीतकर उन्होंने इतिहास रचा। उनकी इस उपलब्धि ने लॉन बॉल खेल को भारत में नई पहचान दिलाई और कई नए खिलाड़ियों को इस खेल से जुड़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
