देहरादून: प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना सबके लिए आवास (शहरी) के तहत उत्तराखंड में अब तक 34 हजार से अधिक आवास बन चुके हैं। अब राज्य सरकार ने योजना के दूसरे चरण के लिए भी भारत सरकार के साथ अनुबंध कर लिया है, जिसमें लाभार्थियों को अधिक आर्थिक अनुदान प्राप्त हो सकेगा।

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना सबके लिए आवास (शहरी) अंतर्गत ‘शहरी क्षेत्र में रहने वाले सभी आवास विहीन परिवारों को आवास उपलब्ध कराया जाता है। इस योजना में 3.00 लाख से लेकर 18.00 लाख रुपए तक वार्षिक आय वाले आवास विहीन परिवारों को चार घटकों के तहत आवास निर्माण के लिए सब्सिडी / अनुदान उपलब्ध कराया जाता है।

योजना के प्रथम चरण के तहत राज्य में कुल 64391 आवासों की स्वीकृति भारत सरकार हो चुकी है। जिसमें लाभार्थी आधारित निर्माण घटक के तहत कुल स्वीकृत 25976 आवासों में से अक्टूबर माह तक 12222 आवासों का निर्माण पूरा किया जा चुका है, शेष आवासों पर कार्य गतिमान है। इसमें भारत सरकार द्वारा कुल रु 1.50 लाख प्रति आवास की दर से (कुल रु० 263.71 करोड़ लगभग) अनुदान उपलब्ध कराया गया है, तथा राज्य सरकार द्वारा 50 हजार की अनुदान राशि प्रति आवास उपलब्ध करायी जाती है।

योजना के अन्य घटक, किफायती आवास के अंतर्गत भारत सरकार से 15960 आवासों की मंजूरी मिल चुकी है, जिसमें से 11384 आवासों का आवंटन करते हुए, 1894 का निर्माण पूरा किया जा चुका है। इस श्रेणी में भारत सरकार द्वारा 1.50 लाख रुपए प्रति आवास की दर से कुल 161.96 करोड़ रुपए का अनुदान उपलब्ध कराया गया है। इस श्रेणी में राज्य सरकार द्वारा भी प्रति आवास 2.00 लाख रुपए की अनुदान राशि उपलब्ध करायी जाती है। इस तरह लाभार्थी अंशदान प्रति आवास 3.50 लाख रुपए ही पड़ता है। योजना के अन्य घटक ऋण आधारित निर्माण में भारत सरकार से मंजूर सभी 19919 आवासों का निर्माण पूरा हो चुका है, इस श्रेणी में बैंक के माध्यम से ब्याज सब्सिडी भी उपलब्ध करायी जा चुकी है।

अब मिलेगी अधिक सहायता
सचिव शहरी विकास नितेश झा ने बताया कि अब भारत सरकार ने इसी साल सितंबर में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना 2.0 की घोषणा की है। इसके लिए राज्य सरकार ने भारत सरकार से अनुबंध कर दिया है। इसके लिए भारत सरकार ने अब प्रति आवास केंद्रांश 1.50 लाख रुपए से बढ़ाकर रु० 2.25 लाख रुपए कर दी गई है। इस तरह अब योजना के तहत लाभार्थियों को अधिक सहायता प्राप्त होगी।

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना लाखों आवासहीन परिवारों को छत उपलब्ध करा रही है। उत्तराखंड में भी योजना के तहत हजारों लोगों के पक्के घर बन चुके हैं। इसमें केंद्र के साथ ही राज्य सरकार भी सहायता उपलब्ध करा रही है।
