चिकित्सालय में आर्थो ओटी संचालित करने तथा चिकित्सालय में ब्लड स्टोरेज बनाने की दिशा में प्रक्रिया तेज करने के निर्देश
देहरादून: जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने उप जिला चिकत्सालय मसूरी का निरीक्षण कर व्यवथाएं देखी। जिलाधिकारी निरीक्षण के दौरान आईसीयू बंद होने तथा आर्थो ओटी नहीं चलने पर उपकरण मानव श्रम कारण बताया, जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने उपकरण एवं मानव श्रम बड़ाने की मौके पर ही स्वीकृति देते हुए, चिकित्सालय की समस्त मांग का प्रस्ताव भेजने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी को समन्वय करने के निर्देश।
डीएम ने सख्त निर्देश दिए कि पेशेंट रेफर करने पर स्वस्थ लिखना होगा कि किन कारणों से रेफर किया है, बिना कारण रेफर करने पर सम्बंधित के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही होगी जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि रेफरल सेंटर न बने चिकित्सालय, उपकरण की आवश्यकता है तो, तत्काल प्रस्ताव दें, तुरंत दिए जायेंगे फंड। उन्होने चिकित्सालय में आर्थो ओटी संचालित करने के निर्देश दिए।
जिलाधिकारी ने संस्थान प्रसव की जानकारी ली जिस पर डीएम को अवगत कराया गया कि 20 से 25 प्रसव महीने में होते हैं , तथा आकस्मिक स्थिति होने पर माह में लगभग 6 से 8 प्रसव हेतु जिला चिकित्सालय तथा दून मेडिकल कालेज के लिए रेफर किया जाता है। जिस पर डीएम ने चिकित्सालय में ही सुविधाएं बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने तत्काल प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए। जनमानस को न हो कोई समस्या इस दिशा में कार्य करें अधिकारी डीएम ने दिए सख्त निर्देश।डीएम ने निरीक्षण के दौरान पूछी मरीजों की कुशल छेम, निरीक्षण के दौरान वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक देहरादूनअजय सिंह, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉक्टर संजय जैन, उप जिलाधिकारी मसूरी अनामिका सहित संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
