मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास में केंद्रीय फिल्म प्रमाणन बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष  प्रसून जोशी तथा फिल्म अभिनेता  अनुपम खेर ने भेट की उन्होने प्रदेश में फिल्म निर्माण एवं फिल्मांकन से सम्बधित विभिन्न विषयों तथा प्रदेश में फिल्म निर्माण हेतु राज्य सरकार द्वारा दी जा रही है।

विभिन्न सुविधाओं पर चर्चा की। उन्होने राज्य की नई फिल्म नीति 2024 को फिल्मों को बढावा देने वाला प्रयास बताते हुए राज्य की फ़िल्म नीति के लिए मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्क़र सिंह धामी का आभार भी व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने कहा कि नई फिल्म नीति से उत्तराखण्ड में फ़िल्मांकन के लिए और अधिक बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रदेश में 2024 की फिल्म नीति को मंजूरी दिये जाने के बाद राज्य के पर्यटन स्थलों को देश दुनिया में नई पहचान मिलेगी। नई फिल्म नीति के तहत स्थानीय फिल्मों के लिए दो करोड रुपए का अनुदान दिया जा रहा है। फिल्मांकन के लिए सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम बनाया गया है ताकि फिल्म निर्माताओं को सुविधा हो। फिल्मों और ओटीटी की शूटिंग पर भी सब्सिडी दी जा रही है। सरकार द्वारा फिल्म उद्योग को उत्साहित करने के लिए कई अन्य योजनाओं पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे कलाकार अपनी प्रतिभा के बल पर फिल्म जगत में राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान बना सके इसके भी प्रयास किए जा रहे है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार फ़िल्म निर्माण से जुड़े प्रत्येक क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। फ़िल्म निर्माण से राज्य में प्रत्यक्ष रोज़गार की नयी गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा साथ ही राज्य के पर्यटन को नयी मज़बूती मिलेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि नए शूटिंग डेस्टिनशनों को भी पर्यटन विभाग के सहयोग से चिन्हित कर उनको भी शूटिंग के लिए प्रचारित करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की गई है, जिससे फिल्मों के माध्यम से उत्तराखंड के अपेक्षाकृत कम प्रसिद्ध पर्यटक स्थलों का भी प्रचार हो सके।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जनवरी 2024 से अभी तक उत्तराखण्ड फ़िल्म विकास परिषद के ऑनलाइन अनुमति सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम के द्वारा मात्र 8 महीनों में 150 से भी अधिक शूटिंग अनुमतियों प्रदान की गई है। उन्होने कहा की राज्य के संरक्षित वन क्षेत्र को छोड़कर उत्तराखण्ड सरकार के अधीन आने वाले विभाग फ़िल्म शूटिंग के लिए कोई शुल्क नहीं लेंगे ऐसा फ़िल्म पालिसी में प्रावधान किया गया है। फ़िल्म पालिसी में उत्तराखंड के अनछुए शूटिंग डेस्टिनेशन को बढ़ावा देने का भी प्रावधान है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड फ़िल्म नीति 2024 में प्रादेशिक भाषा की फ़िल्मों के लिए फ़िल्म प्रोडक्शन पर प्रदेश में किए गये हुए व्यय का 50 प्रतिशत तक सब्सिडी या अधिकतम 2 करोड़ तक, और हिन्दी और भारतीय संविधान की 8वीं अनुसूची में आने वाली भाषाओं के लिये फ़िल्म प्रोडक्शन पर प्रदेश में किए गये हुए व्यय का 30 प्रतिशत या अधिकतम 3 करोड़ तक के अनुदान प्राविधान किया गया है।

अभिनेता अनुपम खेर ने उत्तराखण्ड फ़िल्म विकास परिषद द्वारा सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम के तहत सरल शूटिंग अनुमति की प्रक्रिया को सराहते हुए, शूटिंग के लिए प्रदेश को संपूर्ण रूप से फ़िल्मकारों के लिए एक फ़िल्म फ्रेंडली डेस्टिनशन बताया। उन्होंने यहाँ फ़िल्म शूटिंग करना बाक़ी प्रदेशों की तुलना में बहुत ही सरल बताया, और स्थानीय लोगो द्वारा की गई सहायता को भी सराहा। उन्होंने नई फिल्म नीति को फ़िल्म निर्माताओं के अनुकूल बताया। फिल्म अभिनेता श्री खेर ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में पिछले कुछ समय से फ़िल्म और वेब सीरीज शूटिंग में तेज़ी आयी है। अभी हाल ही “अनुपम खेर स्टूडियो” की फ़िल्म “तन्वी द ग्रेट” की शूटिंग भी उनके द्वारा लैंसडौन में कि गई जो 36 दिनों में पूर्ण की गई।
