देहरादून 02 फरवरी । मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने केंद्रीय बजट 2026–27 को विकसित भारत @2047 और आत्मनिर्भर उत्तराखंड की दिशा में ऐतिहासिक और दूरदर्शी बजट बताते हुए कहा कि यह बजट देश की आत्मा, आत्मविश्वास और विकासशील सोच को नई मजबूती प्रदान करता है। मुख्यमंत्री ने बलवीर रोड स्थित भारतीय जनता पार्टी कार्यालय में आयोजित मीडिया प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान बजट पर अपनी प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि बजट में पूंजीगत व्यय में की गई वृद्धि से दीर्घकालिक विकास की मजबूत नींव रखी गई है। यह बजट न केवल आत्मनिर्भर भारत के संकल्प को साकार करता है, बल्कि भारत की रणनीतिक स्वायत्तता और संप्रभुता को भी सुदृढ़ करता है।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि बजट के तीन प्रमुख स्तंभ—संतुलित एवं समावेशी विकास, वंचित वर्गों का क्षमता निर्माण और सबका साथ-सबका विकास—दूरस्थ एवं सीमांत क्षेत्रों के साथ-साथ गांवों, महिलाओं, युवाओं, बुजुर्गों, बच्चों और समाज के वंचित वर्गों के समग्र उत्थान का स्पष्ट मार्ग प्रशस्त करते हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि टियर-2 और टियर-3 शहरों के विकास से उत्तराखंड के देहरादून, हरिद्वार और हल्द्वानी जैसे शहरों को विशेष लाभ मिलेगा। प्रत्येक जनपद में महिला छात्रावास की व्यवस्था से महिला सुरक्षा, शिक्षा और सशक्तिकरण को नई मजबूती मिलेगी। ‘ईज़ ऑफ डूइंग बिजनेस’ और ‘विश्वास आधारित शासन’ की अवधारणा से निवेश, रोजगार और जनभागीदारी को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पर्यटन क्षेत्र में किए गए नीतिगत प्रावधानों से उत्तराखंड में रोजगार के व्यापक अवसर सृजित होंगे। आयुष, फार्मा, हथकरघा, खादी और स्थानीय उत्पादों को प्रोत्साहन मिलने से ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था सशक्त होगी। वहीं, ग्रीन एनर्जी पर विशेष फोकस से पर्वतीय और वन संपदा से समृद्ध उत्तराखंड में ग्रीन इकोनॉमी को नई गति मिलेगी। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि 16वें वित्त आयोग की सिफारिशों के अनुरूप उत्तराखंड के हितों का विशेष ध्यान रखा गया है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर केंद्र सरकार को भेजे गए प्रस्तावों और अनुरोधों को बजट में प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से शामिल किया गया है, जो सहयोगात्मक संघवाद का सशक्त उदाहरण है।
