देहरादून 25 फरवरी। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को मालसी, देहरादून स्थित एक होटल में आयोजित ‘हिन्दुस्तान शिखर समागम-उत्तराखण्ड 2026’ में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार जनभावनाओं के अनुरूप प्रदेश के समग्र विकास के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रही है और पिछले चार वर्षों में कई ऐतिहासिक निर्णय लिए गए हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने समान नागरिक संहिता लागू करने, धर्मांतरण विरोधी कानून लागू करने तथा मदरसा बोर्ड को समाप्त करने जैसे महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाए हैं। साथ ही सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून और दंगा रोधी कानून लागू कर तथा धार्मिक स्थलों के नाम पर अतिक्रमण करने वालों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई कर उत्तराखंड को शांतिप्रिय राज्य के रूप में स्थापित करने का प्रयास किया गया है।

उन्होंने कहा कि 2022 के विधानसभा चुनाव से पूर्व राज्य में यूसीसी लागू करने का संकल्प लिया गया था, जिसे जनता का व्यापक समर्थन मिला। सरकार बनने के बाद पहली ही कैबिनेट बैठक में समान नागरिक संहिता के लिए समिति गठन का निर्णय लिया गया और उत्तराखंड देश में यूसीसी लागू करने वाला पहला राज्य बना।

मुख्यमंत्री ने वर्ष 2027 में हरिद्वार में भव्य एवं दिव्य कुंभ आयोजन की तैयारियों का भी उल्लेख किया। उन्होंने बताया कि इस संबंध में वे स्वयं 10 से अधिक बैठकें कर चुके हैं तथा केंद्र सरकार की ओर से 500 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि जारी की जा चुकी है। इसके लिए उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का आभार व्यक्त किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ‘सबका साथ, सबका विश्वास, सबका विकास और सबका प्रयास’ के मंत्र पर कार्य कर रही है। किसी के साथ भेदभाव नहीं किया जा रहा है, लेकिन देवभूमि की जनसंख्या संरचना को छद्म तरीकों से प्रभावित करने के प्रयासों पर सख्ती से कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

उन्होंने बताया नई खनन नीति लागू होने के बाद पिछले दो वर्षों में राज्य को प्रतिवर्ष 1200 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का राजस्व प्राप्त हुआ है, जबकि पहले यह आंकड़ा लगभग 400 करोड़ रुपये तक सीमित था। खनन क्षेत्र में सुधारों के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने लगातार दो वर्षों तक विशेष सहायता योजना के तहत 100-100 करोड़ रुपये की प्रोत्साहन राशि भी प्रदान की है।

इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में उत्कृष्ट योगदान देने वाले अनेक महानुभावों को ‘उत्तराखण्ड गौरव सम्मान’ से सम्मानित किया।
