देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को गांधी पार्क से आयोजित ‘हर घर तिरंगा यात्रा’ में प्रतिभाग किया। हजारों लोगों के साथ गांधी पार्क से घंटाघर तक निकली तिरंगा यात्रा में शामिल हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेशवासियों से स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर अपने-अपने घरों में तिरंगा फहराने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि तिरंगा करोड़ों भारतीयों के स्वाभिमान और राष्ट्र गौरव का प्रतीक है।
यात्रा के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने घंटाघर स्थित उत्तराखंड आंदोलन के महानायक स्व. इंद्रमणि बडोनी और भारत रत्न डॉ. भीमराव आंबेडकर की प्रतिमा पर पुष्प अर्पित कर श्रद्धांजलि दी। उन्होंने कहा कि तिरंगा यात्रा राष्ट्र गौरव का उत्सव है। स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों और वीर जवानों ने तिरंगे की आन-बान-शान के लिए अपना सर्वस्व न्योछावर किया। देश की एकता, अखंडता और संप्रभुता की रक्षा के लिए सभी को सदैव प्रतिबद्ध रहना चाहिए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राष्ट्रभक्ति की भावना देवभूमि के कण-कण में बसी है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में भारत तेजी से महाशक्ति के रूप में आगे बढ़ रहा है। मेक इन इंडिया, डिजिटल क्रांति और स्वदेशी तकनीक के माध्यम से देश आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में आगे बढ़ रहा है और अनेक क्षेत्रों में दुनिया को नई दिशा दिखा रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक और ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के माध्यम से भारत ने दुनिया को अपनी सैन्य ताकत का परिचय दिया है। रक्षा क्षेत्र में भारत अब निर्यातक देश बन रहा है। उत्तराखंड को देवभूमि के साथ वीरभूमि बताते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य की मिट्टी ने देश को अनगिनत वीर सैनिक दिए हैं। सरकार सैनिकों, पूर्व सैनिकों और शहीद परिवारों के कल्याण के लिए लगातार काम कर रही है।
विकास के आंकड़े गिनाए
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विकसित भारत-2047 के संकल्प के साथ उत्तराखंड भी तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, सड़क, बिजली, पेयजल और हवाई कनेक्टिविटी को मजबूत किया जा रहा है। 30 से अधिक क्षेत्रों में विशिष्ट नीतियों के माध्यम से विकास का रोडमैप तैयार किया गया है। उन्होंने दावा किया कि पिछले एक वर्ष में राज्य की जीएसडीपी में 7.23 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई है, जबकि प्रतिव्यक्ति आय में 41 प्रतिशत की ऐतिहासिक बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई है।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में 20 हजार से अधिक नए उद्योग स्थापित हुए हैं और स्टार्टअप की संख्या 1750 से अधिक पहुंच गई है। राज्य में रिवर्स पलायन में भी 44 प्रतिशत तक की बढ़ोतरी हुई है। सतत विकास लक्ष्यों को पूरा करने में उत्तराखंड ने देश में पहला स्थान हासिल किया है।
अवैध कब्जे और नकल माफिया पर कार्रवाई का दावा
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि देवभूमि के मूल स्वरूप के साथ किसी को खिलवाड़ नहीं करने दिया जाएगा। राज्य में धर्मांतरण विरोधी कानून और कठोर दंगा रोधी कानून लागू किए गए हैं। समान नागरिक संहिता लागू करने वाला उत्तराखंड देश का पहला राज्य बना है। उन्होंने कहा कि मदरसा बोर्ड समाप्त कर उत्तराखंड राज्य अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा प्राधिकरण बनाया गया है और 250 से अधिक अवैध मदरसों पर कार्रवाई कर उन्हें बंद किया गया है।
उन्होंने बताया कि प्रदेश में 13 हजार एकड़ से अधिक सरकारी भूमि को कब्जे से मुक्त कराया गया है। सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून लागू होने के बाद पिछले करीब पांच वर्षों में 34 हजार से अधिक युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरियां मिली हैं। युवाओं को नौकरी मांगने वाला नहीं, बल्कि नौकरी देने वाला बनाने के उद्देश्य से मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना, होम-स्टे और पर्यटन नीति समेत विभिन्न योजनाओं के माध्यम से स्वरोजगार और उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है।
कार्यक्रम में राज्यसभा सांसद महेंद्र भट्ट और नरेश बंसल, कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी व सौरभ बहुगुणा, विधायक खजान दास, उमेश शर्मा काऊ, विनोद चमोली व सविता कपूर, मेयर सौरभ थपलियाल समेत भाजपा महानगर अध्यक्ष सिद्धार्थ अग्रवाल, महामंत्री कुंदन परिहार, दीप्ति रावत सहित बड़ी संख्या में लोग मौजूद रहे।
