गैरसैंण। पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने विधानसभा में कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड को हाल के वर्षों में वित्तीय प्रबंधन, राजकोषीय अनुशासन और सुशासन के क्षेत्र में राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सराहना मिली है। राज्य सरकार की पारदर्शी वित्तीय नीतियों और संसाधनों के प्रभावी उपयोग के चलते सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने आए हैं।
भराङीसैण (गैरसैंण) में विधानसभा सत्र के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि नीति आयोग द्वारा जारी फिस्कल हेल्थ इंडेक्स 2026 (रिपोर्ट 2023-24) में उत्तराखण्ड को उत्तर-पूर्वी एवं हिमालयी राज्यों की श्रेणी में दूसरा स्थान मिला है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह उपलब्धि राजस्व वृद्धि, व्यय की गुणवत्ता में सुधार, घाटा प्रबंधन और ऋण प्रबंधन में अपनाई गई मजबूत नीतियों का परिणाम है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि अरुण जेटली फाइनेंशियल मैनेजमेंट रिपोर्ट में भी उत्तराखण्ड को विशेष श्रेणी के हिमालयी राज्यों में अरूणाचल प्रदेश के बाद दूसरा स्थान मिला है, जो राज्य की सुदृढ़ वित्तीय व्यवस्था और उत्तरदायी शासन को दर्शाता है।
उन्होंने कहा कि भारत के महालेखाकार की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार राज्य सरकार ने राजकोषीय उत्तरदायित्व और बजट प्रबंधन एक्ट के तहत निर्धारित मानकों का पूरी तरह पालन किया है। राज्य ने राजस्व अधिशेष की स्थिति बनाए रखी है और राजकोषीय घाटा भी सकल राज्य घरेलू उत्पाद की निर्धारित सीमा के भीतर रखा गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार का लक्ष्य उत्तराखण्ड को आर्थिक रूप से और अधिक सशक्त बनाना है। इसके लिए वित्तीय अनुशासन के साथ-साथ बुनियादी ढांचे, सामाजिक क्षेत्र और रोजगार सृजन से जुड़े क्षेत्रों में संतुलित निवेश किया जा रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार पारदर्शिता, जवाबदेही और सुशासन के सिद्धांतों पर कार्य करते हुए उत्तराखण्ड को आर्थिक रूप से के लिए लगातार प्रयास कर रही है।
