देहरादून। उत्तराखंड में लागू समान नागरिक संहिता (यूसीसी) ने अपने एक वर्ष पूरे कर लिए हैं। इस दौरान यूसीसी सेवाओं को तकनीकी रूप से इतना सशक्त बनाया गया कि वे अंग्रेजी के साथ भारतीय संविधान की आठवीं अनुसूची में शामिल सभी 22 भाषाओं में उपलब्ध हैं। इसके अलावा, आवेदक एआई (आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस) की सहायता से यूसीसी की प्रक्रिया को समझते हुए स्वयं पंजीकरण भी कर सकता है।

यूसीसी पोर्टल पर असमिया, बंगाली, गुजराती, हिंदी, कन्नड़, कश्मीरी, कोंकणी, मलयालम, मराठी, नेपाली, उड़िया, पंजाबी, संस्कृत, तमिल, तेलुगु, उर्दू, सिंधी, बोडो, डोगरी, मैथिली, संथाली और मणिपुरी सहित अंग्रेजी में भी सेवाएं उपलब्ध हैं। आवेदक अपनी पसंदीदा भाषा में यूसीसी के नियम, प्रक्रिया और आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की जानकारी लेने के साथ-साथ उसी भाषा में आवेदन कर सकता है।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि सरकार पहले दिन से ही “सरलीकरण से समाधान” के मूलमंत्र पर काम कर रही है। यूसीसी के क्रियान्वयन में यह सुनिश्चित किया गया कि पंजीकरण के दौरान किसी भी नागरिक को परेशानी न हो। उन्होंने कहा कि यूसीसी तकनीकी उत्कृटता का एक सफल उदाहरण बनकर उभरी है और यही कारण है कि बीते एक वर्ष में यूसीसी प्रक्रिया को लेकर एक भी शिकायत सामने नहीं आई है।
