देहरादून। उत्तराखंड राज्य को पूंजीगत निवेश हेतु विशेष सहायता योजना (SASCI) के भाग-IX “वित्तीय प्रबंधन में दक्षता के लिए राज्यों को प्रोत्साहन” के अंतर्गत 350 करोड़ रुपये की प्रोत्साहन राशि स्वीकृत की गई है। इस उपलब्धि पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और भारत सरकार का आभार व्यक्त किया है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह स्वीकृति राज्य सरकार द्वारा अपनाए गए सुदृढ़ वित्तीय प्रबंधन, पारदर्शिता और राजकोषीय अनुशासन का परिणाम है। उन्होंने बताया कि उत्तराखंड ने कर संग्रह बढ़ाने, व्यय नियंत्रण, डिजिटल भुगतान प्रणाली को मजबूत करने तथा बजटीय प्रबंधन में सुधार जैसे क्षेत्रों में उल्लेखनीय प्रगति की है।

उन्होंने कहा कि इससे पूर्व भी राज्य को खनन क्षेत्र में पारदर्शी नीतियां लागू करने, ई-टेंडरिंग और ऑनलाइन मॉनिटरिंग प्रणाली अपनाने तथा परिवहन विभाग में सुधारों के लिए केंद्र सरकार से प्रोत्साहन राशि प्राप्त हो चुकी है। इससे स्पष्ट है कि उत्तराखंड सुधार आधारित शासन मॉडल को अपनाते हुए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर अपनी सशक्त पहचान बना रहा है।
