देहरादून। तीलू रौतेली जयंती के अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने प्रदेश की मातृशक्ति को सम्मानित करते हुए तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार और आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री पुरस्कार की सम्मान राशि बढ़ाने की घोषणा की। मुख्यमंत्री कैंप कार्यालय स्थित मुख्य सेवक सदन में आयोजित समारोह में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में उल्लेखनीय योगदान देने वाली 13 महिलाओं को तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार और 35 आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्रियों को आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री पुरस्कार प्रदान किए गए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने घोषणा की कि तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार की सम्मान राशि अब 51 हजार से बढ़ाकर 75 हजार रुपये और आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री पुरस्कार की राशि 51 हजार से बढ़ाकर 61 हजार रुपये की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि पुरस्कार राशि में यह वृद्धि प्रदेश की मातृशक्ति के सेवा, समर्पण और योगदान के प्रति सरकार के सम्मान का प्रतीक है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि तीलू रौतेली उत्तराखंड के इतिहास में अदम्य साहस, पराक्रम और नारी शक्ति की अमर प्रतीक हैं। उत्तराखंड वीरों के साथ-साथ वीरांगनाओं की भूमि भी रही है। तीलू रौतेली का जीवन स्वाभिमान, साहस और संघर्ष की प्रेरणा देता है। उन्होंने कहा कि पुरस्कार से सम्मानित महिलाएं प्रदेश की अन्य बेटियों और मातृशक्ति के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में महिलाओं के सम्मान, सुरक्षा और आर्थिक सशक्तीकरण के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण पहल की गई हैं। राज्य सरकार भी महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए लगातार काम कर रही है। उत्तराखंड में महिलाओं को सरकारी सेवाओं में 30 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण दिया गया है। महिलाओं के आर्थिक सशक्तीकरण के लिए मुख्यमंत्री लघु उद्योग प्रोत्साहन योजना, उद्यमिता विकास कार्यक्रम और महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को ब्याज मुक्त ऋण जैसी योजनाएं संचालित की जा रही हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि वर्ष 2023 में तीलू रौतेली पुरस्कार की राशि 31 हजार से बढ़ाकर 51 हजार रुपये की गई थी। अब इसे बढ़ाकर 75 हजार रुपये किया जा रहा है। इसी तरह आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री पुरस्कार की राशि भी बढ़ाई जाएगी।

उन्होंने आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं की भूमिका की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि बच्चों के प्रारंभिक विकास, पोषण, स्वास्थ्य और संस्कारों में आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता सरकार की योजनाओं को अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाने में महत्वपूर्ण कड़ी हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं का मानदेय 7,500 से बढ़ाकर 9,300 रुपये, मिनी आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं का 4,500 से बढ़ाकर 6,250 रुपये और सहायिकाओं का मानदेय 3,550 से बढ़ाकर 5,250 रुपये किया गया है। आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं के लिए सुपरवाइजर पद पर पदोन्नति का प्रावधान भी किया गया है।

उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार बेटियों के जन्म से लेकर उनकी शिक्षा, पोषण, सुरक्षा और स्वरोजगार तक हर स्तर पर उनके साथ खड़ी है। मातृशक्ति को सशक्त और आत्मनिर्भर बनाना सरकार की प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश की बहनें और बेटियां सशक्त होंगी तो उत्तराखंड को देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाने का संकल्प भी पूरा होगा।

समारोह में कैबिनेट मंत्री रेखा आर्या, खजान दास, राज्यसभा सांसद नरेश बंसल, विधायक उमेश शर्मा काऊ, मीडिया सलाहकार समिति के अध्यक्ष प्रो. गोविंद सिंह, सचिव महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास चन्द्रेश कुमार, निदेशक बंशीलाल राणा सहित संबंधित अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
