जनता दर्शन में 212 से अधिक शिकायतें डीएम सविन बंसल ने कई मामलों में त्वरित राहत के दिए निर्देश

देहरादून, 6 अप्रैल।

जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को कलेक्ट्रेट स्थित ऋषिपर्णा सभागार में जनता दर्शन कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में 212 से अधिक शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं। जिलाधिकारी ने कोर टीम के साथ जनमानस की समस्याएं सुनते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को सभी प्रकरणों का समयबद्ध निस्तारण सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

जनता दर्शन में छबीलबाग कांवली रोड निवासी 82 वर्षीय दिव्यांग बुजुर्ग नत्थीलाल ने जिलाधिकारी से पानी के 31,657 रुपये के बिल को माफ करने की गुहार लगाई। उन्होंने बताया कि उनका पुत्र पिछले 12-13 वर्षों से लापता है और दो पोतों की जिम्मेदारी उन्हीं पर है। मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जिलाधिकारी ने जल संस्थान से रिपोर्ट तलब की। इसके बाद ब्याज की राशि 11,487 रुपये को वन टाइम सेटलमेंट के तहत माफ किया गया, जबकि शेष 20,170 रुपये जिला प्रशासन द्वारा राइफल फंड से जल संस्थान के खाते में जमा कराए जाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

विकासनगर निवासी मीना बंसल ने बताया कि वर्ष 2023 में उनके पुत्र की डिक्शन होटल में दुर्घटना के बाद उपचार के दौरान मृत्यु हो गई थी, लेकिन नियोक्ता कंपनी की ओर से कोई मुआवजा नहीं दिया गया। इस पर जिलाधिकारी ने सहायक श्रम आयुक्त को कंपनी के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराने और श्रम न्यायालय में मामला दर्ज कर दो माह के भीतर निस्तारण करने के निर्देश दिए।

ऋषिकेश निवासी बुजुर्ग दंपति नीलम अरोड़ा और उनके पति ने शिकायत की कि उनकी पुत्रवधु उनके साथ मारपीट, गाली-गलौज और जान से मारने की धमकी देती है। इस पर जिलाधिकारी ने उपजिलाधिकारी न्यायालय ऋषिकेश में भरण-पोषण अधिनियम के तहत वाद दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए।

धर्मपुर निवासी रोशनी रावत ने आर्थिक तंगी के कारण अपनी दो बेटियों की शिक्षा में आ रही कठिनाइयों की जानकारी दी। इस पर जिलाधिकारी ने दोनों बालिकाओं की पढ़ाई प्रोजेक्ट नंदा-सुनंदा के माध्यम से कराने के लिए जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी, बाल विकास विभाग को आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

हर्रावाला निवासी बाबूराम मौर्य ने शिकायत की कि कुछ लोगों ने लघु सिंचाई विभाग की सरकारी नहर को जेसीबी से क्षतिग्रस्त कर बंद कर दिया है, जिससे आसपास की कृषि भूमि में सिंचाई नहीं हो पा रही और गेहूं की फसल प्रभावित हो रही है। इस पर जिलाधिकारी ने अपर जिलाधिकारी, उपजिलाधिकारी डोईवाला और लघु सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों को तत्काल जांच कर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए।
