देहरादून, 12 मार्च 2026।
जनपद में एलपीजी गैस की उपलब्धता और वितरण व्यवस्था को सुचारू बनाए रखने के लिए जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने कलेक्ट्रेट स्थित ऋषिपर्णा सभागार में तेल कंपनियों के अधिकारियों और गैस एजेंसी संचालकों के साथ बैठक कर सख्त निर्देश दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि एलपीजी गैस का अवैध संग्रहण, कालाबाजारी या अवैध रिफिलिंग पाए जाने पर संबंधित गैस एजेंसियों को सील किया जाएगा तथा दोषियों के विरुद्ध आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम 1955 और बीएनएस के तहत कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि गैस वितरण से संबंधित शिकायतों के त्वरित निस्तारण के लिए आपदा कंट्रोल रूम में विशेष व्यवस्था की गई है। नागरिक गैस से जुड़ी किसी भी समस्या या सूचना के लिए 1077, 0135-2626066, 0135-2726066 तथा व्हाट्सएप नंबर 7534826066 पर संपर्क कर सकते हैं। जिलाधिकारी के निर्देश पर एडीएम के निर्देशन में जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी और तेल कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधि प्रतिदिन सुबह एक घंटे कंट्रोल रूम में बैठकर शिकायतों और सोशल मीडिया इनपुट्स का निस्तारण करेंगे।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि भारत सरकार के निर्देशों के अनुरूप गैस वितरण में घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। घरेलू सिलेंडरों की होम डिलीवरी ओटीपी आधारित प्रणाली से सुनिश्चित की जाएगी, जिससे पारदर्शिता बनी रहे। साथ ही एजेंसियों को निर्देश दिए गए कि यदि ऑनलाइन बुकिंग में समस्या आती है तो उपभोक्ताओं के लिए मैनुअल बुकिंग की व्यवस्था भी उपलब्ध कराई जाए।
बैठक में बताया गया कि एक बार गैस सिलेंडर की बुकिंग होने के बाद 25 दिन का लॉक-इन समय रहेगा और उपभोक्ता 25 दिन के बाद ही दूसरी बुकिंग कर सकेंगे। जिलाधिकारी ने तेल कंपनियों और एजेंसियों को उपभोक्ताओं को बल्क एसएमएस और फ्लेक्सी के माध्यम से जागरूक करने के निर्देश दिए।
जिलाधिकारी ने सभी उप जिलाधिकारियों को अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी और पूर्ति निरीक्षक के साथ गैस एजेंसियों पर रैंडम छापेमारी करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। यदि कहीं गैस वितरण में अनियमितता, अवैध संग्रहण, बाहरी लोगों की संलिप्तता या अवैध रिफिलिंग पाई जाती है तो संबंधित एजेंसी को तत्काल सील किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने घरेलू गैस सिलेंडरों के व्यावसायिक उपयोग पर भी सख्ती बरतने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि ऐसे मामलों में सिलेंडर जब्त कर दोषियों के खिलाफ आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम 1955 और बीएनएस के तहत कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इसके लिए नियमित छापेमारी अभियान चलाया जाएगा।
जिलाधिकारी ने नागरिकों से अपील की कि किसी भी प्रकार की अफवाहों पर ध्यान न दें और घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है। जनपद में गैस की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता है और प्रशासन स्थिति पर लगातार नजर बनाए हुए है। उन्होंने बताया कि जनपद की सभी 72 गैस एजेंसियों के गोदाम प्रशासन के रडार पर हैं।
बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि जनपद में वर्तमान में 72 गैस एजेंसियों के माध्यम से लगभग 7.81 लाख घरेलू और 19,624 व्यावसायिक उपभोक्ताओं को गैस आपूर्ति की जा रही है। जनपद में गैस आपूर्ति एचपीसीएल को भगवानपुर, बीपीसीएल को लंढौरा तथा इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन को बादराबाद और लोनी गाजियाबाद से की जाती है।
बैठक में वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक प्रमेन्द्र डोबाल, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह, अपर जिलाधिकारी वित्त एवं राजस्व के.के. मिश्रा, नगर मजिस्ट्रेट प्रत्युष सिंह, उप जिलाधिकारी हरिगिरि, कुमकुम जोशी, जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी के.के. अग्रवाल सहित तेल कंपनियों और गैस एजेंसी एसोसिएशन के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
