देहरादून, 22 अगस्त। सहस्रधारा मोटर मार्ग स्थित आईटी पार्क क्षेत्र में जलभराव की समस्या के स्थायी समाधान की कवायद तेज हो गई है। जिलाधिकारी डॉ. आशीष चौहान ने शनिवार को ऋषिपर्णा सभागार में अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर क्षेत्र का गहन तकनीकी सर्वेक्षण कराने और प्रभावी ड्रेनेज सिस्टम तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए।
बैठक में सिडकुल, लोक निर्माण विभाग, सिंचाई विभाग, अनुसंधान एवं नियोजन खंड के अधिकारियों के साथ दिल्ली से एनआईवीवी कंसल्टेंसी सर्विसेज के प्रतिनिधि वर्चुअल माध्यम से शामिल हुए।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि मानसून के दौरान देहरादून में जलभराव लगातार गंभीर समस्या बन रहा है। इसका स्थायी समाधान तात्कालिक जल निकासी के बजाय वैज्ञानिक और सुव्यवस्थित ड्रेनेज व्यवस्था विकसित करके ही संभव है। उन्होंने विशेषज्ञों को आईटी पार्क क्षेत्र में जलभराव के कारणों का तकनीकी अध्ययन कर ठोस कार्ययोजना तैयार करने को कहा।
सर्वे में क्षेत्र की भौगोलिक स्थिति, प्राकृतिक जल निकासी मार्ग, बारिश के पानी के प्रवाह और मौजूदा ड्रेनेज व्यवस्था का समग्र अध्ययन किया जाएगा। जिलाधिकारी ने सितंबर में सर्वे पूरा कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
सर्वेक्षण के बाद कंसल्टेंसी की ओर से दिए गए सुझावों और समाधानों का तकनीकी परीक्षण किया जाएगा। इसके आधार पर प्रभावी ड्रेनेज प्लान तैयार कर शासन स्तर पर स्वीकृति के लिए भेजा जाएगा। जिलाधिकारी ने संबंधित विभागों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ समयबद्ध कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।
स्थायी समाधान होने से आईटी पार्क क्षेत्र में आवागमन सुगम होने के साथ स्थानीय लोगों, कर्मचारियों और आमजन को बरसात के दौरान जलभराव से होने वाली परेशानी से राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है।
बैठक में अपर जिलाधिकारी (वि.रा.) केके मिश्रा, अधिशासी अभियंता भृगुनाथ द्विवेदी, एजीएम सिडकुल विनय शंकर, अधिशासी अभियंता सिंचाई ईआर पुरुषोत्तम, सहायक अभियंता पीएस रावत, नेहा सिंह समेत अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
